Wonderful sculptures! Unfortunately, they have been left to decay. Worse, there are heavy vines and brush blocking most of the views (2’ away).
Our family stopped and we’re really excited at first. We all left disappointed. Wasn’t worth the detour.
Save yourself a trip and just look at the photos people have posted here. I’ve included the only shots I could get through chain link (zoomed).

Not the best part of town, but it's free and honestly pretty cool to see. If you're in the area go to enjoy.

It was such a pleasure to be able to stop in and see the busts. Initially I stopped by just to see the Charlie Chaplin statue, but workers were there and they were gracious enough to let my friend and I in to see the busts up close and personal. Mr. Adickes does awesome work and it was great to see the art that he is choosing to share with the world.

This site is incredible. Though it is off the usual road, the trip is worthwhile. You are welcome to enter and explore the sculptures if the gates are open, as well as to take as many photos as you like.Just keep in mind that it's a place of employment; the artists were busy creating sculptures while we were there.

I traveled to Texas to see studio. The gate was closed so I did not get a chance to see the sculptures up close. I took pics from the street. There was someone working inside. I called the phone number. It went to voicemail. The sculptures were cool. Maybe next time??

Gate was closed but a worker arrived and let us in a little bit just as he dropped off some stuff until he left. "Thank you" Sir. Coming from the 956 area and so glad we were able to go in

Wish I could have gone up to them like their previous location.

Drove by to see the sculptures. Sadly, the gate was locked but the sculptor’s art was very impressive, even if only viewing from the street. I’d love to go back when there’s access inside the lot.

This artist has sculpted giant statues around the world especially here in Texas such as Stephen F. Austin, Sam Houston and others. The studio is closed but you can drive around it. Look him up.
