I brought my 2023 Nissan Kicks for collision repairs. They had my car for almost two months. When I got my car back, the rear end was still misaligned and there was a leak in my gas tank, a long with graffiti placed there by the repair shop.
The Service manager acted like he was doing me a favor by covering a rental car and gas deposit. Neither of which would have been necessary if done properly the first time.
So after reluctantly paying the gas deposit, I pick up my car almost two weeks later, to have new damage!! The lady Mary agreed to order the part and today a week later sends me an email saying her INVESTIGATION showed they didn't do it. Ma'am what investigation??? I went there because my car is less than a year old, my insurance covered close to 12,000 so it wasn't cheap. Not was it professional. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO FIX A HOT WHEELS!!

Mary did not keep me updated on the status of my car maintenance. I had to keep calling and even then I received little to no information from her. Frequently unavailable when I called and did not return my phone calls after she received a missed call. She took way too long to get paperwork taken care of for my vehicle to be returned to me within the timeframe it was supposed to. She refused to return my car to me when my insurance sent out a check for the damages being fixed. I am dissatisfied with my service & experience as a whole. Please do better.

Do not bring your car to get fixed here after a collision. They suck! Lawrence will lie telling you that the shop has all your parts. Then it will take a week for them just to get some basic parts. You reach out to the manager Cletang, you ask the supervisor where to reach out to escalate the issue. The supervisor plays stupid and never reaches back. Also, during this time that they supposedly already have your parts, nobody reaches out to you. Then your car goes to South Houston nissan collision. Mary tells you that your insurance ordered two broken bumpers. Mary tells you that your car will be done Wednesday, well you don't hear back from Mary until you start calling several times 2 days later. Mary then tells you that they didn't know your light was broken. The collision center didn't think to check for broken lights. Now gotta wait for another insurance supplement. Meanwhile, gotta pay for a rental car. Mary will tell you that it's your insurance, you need to call the insurance too. Yes Mary, but I am expecting my car to finish. How am I supposed to know to call the insurance if you never freaken? Call me to tell me about the broken light and to call the insurance to hurry with supplement. This place does not call you. They also do not have loaner cars. All their good reviews are for basic stuff like oil change, go elsewhere for big repairs.

Outstanding customer service. We were referred by a friend and was given nothing but praise on the outcome of repairs. Getting repairs done and can't wait to see the finished product!

Would not take my vehicle here again!! Took my vehicle to get a paint job since the paint was peeling due to a factory recall. Service advisor estimated we leave the car in the shop for a week. Sometime during the process they broke the windshield and failed to communicate that to us until we called a week later to get a status. Not only did we not get notified of the issue until the scheduled pick up date, but they had us call Honda so we could convince them to cover for the broken windshield. To top it off, they expected us to be the ones to pay for the damage after Honda refused. Had to rent a car in the meantime while they figured who would be covering the damage. The original windshield is $800 and they ended up replacing it with a $100 one which is more prone to break. They failed to take accountability and lacked communication every step of the service. Came for a paint job and left with a broken windshield. Avoid coming here, do not recommend.Service: Painting

I got my car repaired here the staff is very nice and friendly Alonzo was my service advisor he was very professional even when I thought my car looked different he asked me to come by and we could figure out what I thought was different but it really wasn't it was just me because the back didn't have who I purchased it from but it was done perfect they do excellent work and so fast.

They returned my car to me with the washer fluid tube not connected whatsoever. It was not screwed in or clamped to the tube. It was literally just laying there and I took it out with no resistance. It was just laying there. Now Mary is saying I may have to come out of pocket again after I just paid $1220 out of pocket to get the front bumper replaced. Great.

Just want to take the time and thank Mr. Mitchell and his team on the job they did with my vehicle. Mr. Mitchell was on point with everything coming with my vehicle. He always gave me a honest update during this process. It was long and rough but he gave me sense of security until they completed it. Thank you South Houston Collision once again.

I came into the shop because I had an accident that left my rear left quarter panel completely crunched. Mitch helped me out and the service was great, he even worked with me on all my different options to see what would work best. When I picked up the car everything looked good as new, maybe even better! But really, great work for a great price, and excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!
