My husband is currently a patient at this clinic. There is no TTS. What this means is, say the city of Houston decided to fix a water line, cutting off water to the area on a Monday. NONE of the dialysis technicians want to come and work on Tuesday to take care of patients’ treatment that was interrupted.THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE! How dare you even mention any of these people with healthcare when they only give a damn about themselves. They do not care about the patients. They only care about themselves. Now my husband has a decision to make because chances are, he won’t be seen in the clinic until Wednesday when he still requires to complete treatment from Monday’s issue that was not the fault of Davita HOWEVER, it was no empathy on behalf of the dialysis technicians to be service before self. This is DEPLORABLE and it needs to CHANGE.

PD Nurse Cherol and PD Nurse Jackie are among my favorite people in Houston. I met these ladies 1 year after I was diagnosed with ESRD and they made this disease so much easier to live with. Their classrs gave me the knowledge to move forward confidently with my new way of life. They took amazing care of me while I lved in Houston. They are incredible at what they do in the PD department and they have become family. I only wish I met them earlier in my journey.

Words cannot even express how appreciative I am for the doctors at this location. They took in my grandma in time of need for her dialysis. I really don’t understand the negative reviews, however my first impression is 5/5 stars.

My mom showed up for her treatment and they didnt see her because she was late. With all thats going on with every one because of the pandemic being late should not have been a good excuse for them not treating my mom at this particular location. To make a long story short my mom passed away 2 days later. Thanks for not treating my mom that day DaVita now she doesnt have to put up with the nonsense you all put your patients through! And let me get one thing clear not all DaVitas but this one particular location always has problems with patients. No patients or courtesy what so ever!!!!!!!

The dietician is a great guy, and the attending doctor's are lovely and seem to legitimately care, but the nurses and techs are very slow and lazy. Machines will beep for up to ten minutes before the people sitting at the computers stop talking/texting long enough to get up. I don't feel respected or welcomed at this clinic. It would help if the techs who buzz me into the treatment area would actually call me by name rather than simply opening the door and turning their backs on me as I walk in. This clinic is a far cry from DaVita Downtown where I transferred from. I hope DaVita Houston makes some serious changes and soon.

There's a charge nurse there who has no respect for anyone. She yells at her techs in front of everyone. The nurse never smiles or speaks. It is like a morgue in there. Sad!,ðŸ˜
