2020 review: This use to be the best Davita in Houston with caring staff that go the extra mile and administrator that cared for patients but after 3 different Administrators this place has went down hill. There are a few good staff members but are overworked, a high turnaround of employees with new people that come with no zeal or patience to help, the facility is not as clean as it used too be with trash and medical supplies on the floor, chairs aren't always cleaned, floor is mopped once every week and always sticky, scale is never cleaned, ive seen blood stains before on floor and staff can be impatient. Covid instructions came very slow 2 months into the pandemic. The Admin gets complaint's but staff doesn't change and nothing is improved. Lab results come back wrong on numerous occasions and sometimes forgotten. Patients chair times never honored and can change at any given moment with no regards to life commitments outside of dialysis. Its falling apart badly but the medical board does nothing. Several calls to the board but clinic stays the same. The Experience here is not pleasant like 4 years ago.

John is super rude. Every time I encounter him he has an attitude. He speaks to me with such a degrading tone in his voice. He even yelled at me once. I pray I never have to deal with him again.
