I love it! After seeing people talk about them on social media. I was finally able to visit a store. We don't have any in the State I live. I got some great deals! The prices are very reasonable and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great deals but customer service sucks! Didn't get greeted when I walked in thru the door. The whole time cashier was talking about other employees not doing their job, saying they hire just to fire & was cussing in front of customers. So unprofessional. Once I got up to the counter instead of greeting me or saying hello the cashier screams next and I was already in front of her. She was huffing and puffing cuz she had to remove hangers off my clothing which I usually remove, but since she was rude and had an attitude I decided to not even bother. Answered the phone and hung it up so aggressively. Should not have people like that working in customer service. Clearly she doesn't love her job.

The prices and the things they sell in this store are good as they find good deals...the only problem I am going to comment on is that my child needed to use the bathroom. It was around 11:45 am and I asked them if the child could I used the bathroom and they told me that they weren't going to open it until 2 in the afternoon, so I had to wait until 2. It's not possible. We had to leave without buying anything.

Today, Wednesday, March 20 at 9:08 pm I came to return a shirt and they sent me outside because it was already closed and according to Google Maps it closes at 9:30 pm, the girl was very rude

Just be ause I asked to use the bathroom. Which I spent money, the person that works the fitting room offered to fight me because the manager opened the bathroom.i have health problems when I got out the bathroom he follow me and told me in front of wife that he was going to clock out wait for me out side and beat me up I will never shop here again which I spend thousands of dollars every year .please retrack the cameras that employe should me fired .threatening customers unacceptable. Please investigate issue because I am done with that store getto employee.

Service well not all good. Good selection of clothing. Value well I guess ok . Not complaining. The store looked nice. The sales ladies are not so good, gossiping about their coworkers and using profanity. I'm just glad I left because I was feeling uncomfortable there. Prices were ok. In All they just need to stop using profanity when customers are around. I'll still go but hopefully it gets better.
