Today I had a horrible shopping experience at this location!!! There was a line of 12 people there was. and only one cashier. I counted nine workers in that area. Some were standing around talking and others were restocking. When I asked the security guard to call for the management, one of the ladies jumped on the register and when it got to my turn She removed herself from the register and ignored me. I asked for the manager's name and they refused to give it to me. Management never came out to talk to me. Any questions that I asked, the workers ignored me. They also ran out of bags and they had all of us carrying our items out in our hands. This was very unprofessional and it was a very bad experience at the highway 6 Belair location

The staff there are rude, the security kicked out my pregnant wife because she had a bottle of water with her, she said she is not allowed to get any drinks even if she is pregnant, other employees there are rude and not willing to help, no body smiles in your face, everything there makes your shopping experience horrible and make sure you never forget it so you never come again. Discounted or not, definitely not going back there.

Nasty cashiers and the are all the same. They refuse to give me a bigger bag at checkout after I purchase all that stuff. I will NEVER visit this store again. If I could give a zero, I would.

So I went in the store to do a return or exchange and The Store Manager Black guy Dreadlocks wouldn’t allow me to do a refund or exchange he insisted that the tennis shoes I purchased was worn and stated they were dirty and I told him them that they were not worn that the shoes was too small my daughter couldn’t even put them on let alone be able to walk in them so he yelled at me stating he can lose his job if he compromised with me and asked if I was going to pay him his salary if he lost his job but on his shelves are many pairs of tennis shoes that are not even clean people try shoes on all day in the store and they sell us the same dirty shoes as well and then refuse to take them back what a way to steal and Keep a person money These are tennis shoes that is currently on his shelves right now waiting to be sold by them to someone

The quality of jeans is worst. The color has been faded after 2nd wash. Never gonna buy from them again.

Rude checkout hispanic woman, she didn’t belong serving in a respectable store at the front desk. I spent $250 in total but its the last time for me until DDs properly train her or stop hiring people like her.

Check out was fast. Everything there is affordable. feome shoes ro clothes of all sizes and all occasions, handbags, traveling etc. I recommend highly. I mostly go here for my needs

UPON ENTERING THE STORE THE ISLE IN THE FRONT WHERE THE HANDBAGS ARE WHERE IN PURE DISARRAY. THE BATHROOM HAD NO PAPER TOWELS. WE ENDED UP JUST LEAVING. NOTHING WAS CLEANED IN ALOT OF THE AREAS. .. AN THE SECURITY GUARD WAS LOOKING AROUND ON THE PHONE.

UPDATE APRIL 2024 It’s becoming more of thrift shopping than discount store!! Like wow! Associate 2370692 (Supposed to be the manager) rude as heck! I asked her with a line of over 25 people why 2 cashiers and 8 registers? Please make this make sense. Why are you a manager and it double training your staff to perform all duties. This is the peek of the day! Customers walking out because they don’t want to wait in line. Horrible! This store is so over crowded with stuff it makes it impossible to shop!

Counted 45 people in line and only one check out person. Counted 5 employees on the floor. Standing in line for 35 minutes and still not at the counter to check out. Will never come in this store again!
