Is screaming announcements in the store at 6:40 store closing in 10 mins!! Wait what? If 7 is closing time why are you sending messages at 6:40???? Dressing room closed, rest rooms closed, at 6:30 when I walked in! They ruined my whole shopping experience, I’ll take my money elsewhere and I’ll never visit this location again!!! Then Ms Jenna says she hates her job,
It sucks, the music sucks, & yall play the worst music so she just has her headphones on to ignore everything!! The level of unprofessionalism, customer service, & good energy while spending my hard earned money is definitely not at this location @ allll!!!

NEVER AGAIN!! I bought a Juicy bag a few days ago, just spoiling myself, $18 bucks lol ? well I found one I liked more and a black one at ROSS, DDS sister store, well soon as I do a RETURN W/ A RECEIPT ? , she didn’t even speak and called a manager over!! I said what’s the issue, LESLIE WITH NO NAME ON HER BADGE, says yea MONICA said we have to check these designer bags! GIRL AN $18 JUICY BAG!! WHAT!!!!! Brand new, tags still on it, why are u creating ISSUES!!! Then she starts speaking in Spanish and it pissed me off!! I STOPPED HER IMMEDIATELY! NO MAAM! Don’t disrespect me, speak ENGLISH! Let me hear what you’re saying to her, don’t talk about me in Spanish! I felt it was so 100% racially motivated! Veronica the manager was very well a ENGLISH speaking woman!! I had talked to her in the store about the dressing room because the self serve was closed down and why?!! I didn’t want to be bothered with your lady in the back talking to me! I want to be unbothered on my day off and find me work clothes!! And these rude ass cashier kill me! I’m about to be done all together dealing with the ROSS/DDs company!! I’m over it!

I will not be going back to this store. The security guard wouldn't let me into the store because my daughter had a drink that she almost finished and he told me to throw the drink away so she could go in. No one had ever said that to me about a drink. Of course I left and didn't buy anything and I will not be going back to this store again.

We have out of town visitors that required a few items, and we found items that satisfied every age group.
The store was clean and organized, and check out was fast. We were in line for under a minute. The associates were very helpful and friendly. We were greated upon entering the store, while we shopped, and upon leaving. I will be returning soon and I've recommended this location to a couple family members.

Poor customer service and this cashier that is always working, and I don’t come often , have her back to me while she pretends to be hanging up stuff. Don’t hand me my receipts, just very ugly acting.. I reported her to the manager (you have a job because we are buying merchandise).. stop being ugly at work…

The store was really nice an organized it’s gust when I was going to pay the cashier she was a black female had a bun up with black shirt an sweater an a big necklace she put her finger in her mouth to open the bags using her own saliva an was touching my stuff I couldn’t take the stuff no more I feel that’s is disgusting so I didn’t purchased nothing I have to go to another dds people need to be more hygiene 03/15/2024 3:30pm

Always organized even during the holidays with messy, uncaring consumers. Staff is pleasant, always saying welcome to DDs when I come in. Great prices with great stuff, I could browse the self-care section for hours to be honest. Thank you!
