My experience at De Beers Houston was one of the happiest and most pleasant shopping experiences I’ve had. Jay Le provided top notch service - he helped us look through our options and land on our final selections! He went out of his way to help us with every aspect of the purchase, including my one of a kind ring’s journey all the way from Hong Kong to Houston and then to me. The purchase was fun thanks to Jay who was super friendly! We loved talking to him. We will be back soon!

My sweetheart and I looked all over Houston for the right engagement ring and De Beers was hands down the best experience for us. Christina Foley took care of us and was just the best person we could’ve possibly had to help us through this experience. She was kind, professional, extremely knowledgeable and helped my sweetheart with all of her questions and really helped her find the perfect ring. Their selection of jewelry is all stunningly beautiful and Christina just made the entire experience so enjoyable. If you’re looking to find the perfect ring then I would highly recommend dropping in and at least talking to them. You will not be disappointed.

I went to De Beers at the galleria Houston to see rings and it was a terrible experience, a male employee with glasses attended me with an arrogant and negligent attitude. He looked at me like if I couldn't buy anything. He was like upset and frustrated. I left and I went to tiffany because I deserve a better treat. I don't know his full name , but I noticed from his accent that he is Hispanic, has lenses, curly hair, and he is short. I heard a coworker called him "Mario" I can't believe that this prestigious jewelry store has people like him working and treating their customers like this. I hope the manager is more selective in the future when choosing his employees.

Shopping at De Beers at Houston is a great pleasure. You will never have the same level of shopping experience at any other places. The sales representatives tried their best to find the dream pieces for us. And they helped us try various types of diamonds since most of customers are first time buyers. Our sales representatives, Carlos and his team treated us customers with patience, courtesy and respect. Our favorite piece was not even in US and Carlos helped us locate it and transport it for us to try it on. And finally helped us to put everything together! Strongly recommended!

My guy Jay Le took care of me the whole way, no pressure, easy experience. From picking the right ring to order/pickup/presentation, he was very professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and easy to work with on my timeline. I originally saw the ring I wanted from de beers on their website. I visited them with questions a novice diamond buyer would have but I did not expect to be so enlightened. Carlos gave me the rundown on what exactly qualifies a good diamond ring and how to research it. He even helped me plan my proposal by periodically staying in touch with me until I made a decision on the ring. Carlos went above and beyond and did his best to stay within my budget even though ultimately I shattered my budget (my decision). The service was first class and felt high end as one would expect from a luxury car dealership. If you are looking for designer jewelry, de beers should be the first place you visit so that they can help set the standard for the diamond you are looking for.

I must say security should loosen a little, I felt a negative experience coming, then from behind me, Christina Foley appears, I would never agree with a bad review about this woman, I had on a ball cap, Jordan’s, a basketball jersey, and surely didn’t appear as a person with money, Ms.Foley treated me with the same respect as a millionaire, she was cordial, and now that I have a clear understanding on what buying diamonds are truly about, and I have the job to afford that, I will definitely be coming back only on the account Ms.Foley is there, these diamonds are a glimpse at what wonders Heaven can hold, you haven’t seen a real diamond if you haven’t experienced De Beers, no one knew I was writing this review, I felt compelled because of the awesome work, that they have, these diamonds aren’t for the faint heart, and I believe their worth every dollar spent, I only treasure authentic pieces of anything I own, and I will definitely be a owner of one of the precious stones soon, bless you Ms.Foley for you kindness, and brief education on diamonds, I’ll definitely be a customer in the near future

De Beers was the only place we considered to upgrade my engagement ring for our ten-year wedding anniversary. I wanted to evaluate all of my diamond and setting options before deciding to buy. Jay Le was wonderful throughout the entire process. He made sure he had all my choices shipped to the store for my personal viewing. He wanted to make sure I was going to be completely happy with my purchase. It was a very pleasant experience because of Jay and the rest of the wonderful De Beers team. Truly the best place for timeless jewelry and truly the home of diamonds.
