Hands down the best gym in Houston! I’ve lost 18 pounds in less than 5 months here and the classes are the best. I’ve tried everywhere and this is my favorite spot in town!

It is such a positive and transforming experience. All the classes are exceptional with great music and very encouraging instructors. Whether you’re starting new or are seasoned, every class has an adequate level for everyone.The outside bounce class is my favorite, but they are all challenging. The entire place is very clean with plenty of clean towels and sanitizing.

I LOVE Define Body and Mind! They are the only studio I've ever been to that are indeed All Inclusive. The staff, instructors other clients as well as the Founder of DEFINE are so encouraging, very knowledgeable, sweet and just have the kind of energy that makes you feel happy to belong. I was born with respiratory issues and had been diagnosed with moderate COPD but since I've been in regular attendance at Define, my specialists has given me some very positive prognosis. Feeling at my best in my 50's then I have my whole life.

I just love Define River Oaks!! It is by far my favorite studio in Houston, the class variation is awesome!! The instructors and staff are always so friendly, I love starting my day there.

I began Define back in 2012 I believe & got into the best shape of my life before my wedding. Then life happened and fitness went to the back burner for a number of years. In the midst of quarantine and COVID, when things began to re-open, I gave Define another try. I find their COVID and social distancing protocols to be in place consistently and their workouts are even better than I remember.It's a small teaching crew these days so you get to know the teachers if you are coming to classes in person and you also have the option to take classes online, from your home. I love the in-person experience even though there isn't much socialization these days with everyone still taking COVID seriously. The music, lighting and equipment all create an ambiance that make classes as much a getaway as they are a workout. For an hour, I'm in a different mental and physical space - and it's a realy comfort.I always leave the gym feeling stronger, healthier and better than when I walked in. It's hard to ask for anything more than that. I haven't had a class I didn't love or a teacher that I didn't think knew their stuff. Inevitably you end up with your favorites but the reality is, there isn't an instructor here who doesn't thoroughly kick my butt.

Wonderful, motivating instructors with action-packed moves that target all muscle groups! Each class definitely pushes you to work harder and be stronger! Love the smaller group setting for working out and the clean facilities!

I love Define Memorial Green! I always feel immediately calm when I walk into this studio. It's very clean and bright, and the staff are always super friendly. My favorite instructor is Ada, she always plays the best music in her classes and her energy is so infectious! I definitely left her class feeling like I got an intense work out, with all the yummy post-workout endorphins you would want from a REV class.

This studio is wonderful. The instructors are so encouraging and the staff is extremely friendly. It is also very clean and has nice showers and facilities, if you need them. I have never once felt uncomfortable, unwelcome or intimidated here. The ladies who teach and attend the classes are extremely nice and friendly. They also have a childcare area which is amazing. Highly recommend!

Rev and Barre here are great workouts, with small enough classes instructors learn your name. I have yet to take a bad class. Front staff is always friendly in greetings and answers any questions you may have - also has super unique retail in store. They have sales and specials throughout the year on memberships as well as merchandise! 5/5

Couldn't speak more highly of a workout studio! Love love love Define. They make 5:30 am workouts fun, energetic and the place to be. Each teacher is so knowledgeable and friendly. Thankful I found Define!

This is my second time at this location, and I love it! The location can’t be beat and there is such a wide variety of classes to choose from to get back in shape. The instructors push you in the best way, and correct your form as needed which is a huge plus for me
