They insist on sending your things to storage after pick up, even if only a few days. Convenient excuse for missing items and passing the buck. Their insurance coverage is useless. Your loss. Would give zero stars c

I recently used Delta Moving Systems for my move from Houston to Katy, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They truly live up to their reputation as the best moving company in Houston. The entire process was smooth, from the initial quote to the final delivery. The team was professional, efficient, and handled my belongings with care. I highly recommend them for anyone making a move in the Houston area.

Delta Moving Systems is fantastic. I used them to move some family heirlooms from Michigan to South Florida recently. Delta is efficient, accurate and very timely. I truly believed that I was receiving a White Glove Service. Their pricing was fair and accurate (no additional charges that you hear so much about). Edward was easy to deal with for booking and always reachable throughout the process. Delta's service is stellar and I proudly endorse them.

Hercules Movers and Packers provides our business with excellent service. We have used them for several moves covering various cities in Texas and usually on short notice. The service is White Glove and the pricing is always accurate. their staff is efficient, courteous and very timely. Whenever you need a White Glove mover in Houston, they are the ones to seek out.

Enormously grateful to Delta Moving Systems. Highly stressful move from Houston to the Hudson Valley of New York. Move involved staging the home we lived in for 30 years including moving a large amount of furniture to Delta's warehouse. From there some furniture was moved to a second home in West Texas, some back to the house for an estate sale and some directly to New York. This all occuring shortly after retirement and a serious family illness. Ray and the team were fantastic. Ray was personally involved in all the complicated mechanics. The move included some priceless family heirlooms and Ray was involved with the specifics of that too. I did not have Ray move a safe...but I wish I had. The safe movers were careless. Delta never cut corners.. There were a few small casulties and Ray immiediately offered to cover repairs, all of which turned out to be pretty strait forward. If that was not enough, the team also helped unpack. Negotiating the price was straight forward with Ray. There was nothing hidden. Delta also moved some of my sister's belongings from Philadelphia to Houston. That move was smaller and equally smooth.In summary I highly recommend Delta. Both moves were professional and timely. Ray communicated with me directly though out the process. I am very happy with the service he provided. 5-Star!

I’m a small single lady and was not prepared when the guys got here to move me… I was so happy they calmed me down and helped me pack my things I couldn’t get to. I can’t say enough about Edward… he is exceptional…. I probably drive him crazy with changing my dates a few times, but he was so kind with helping me. If you need movers…. Delta Moving Systems was the best experience I’ve ever had with movers. Thank you all so much, especially you Edward for putting up with me XO Kelly

Very rude and unprofessional Person answering the phone. very disrespectful. Definitely not someone that should be working answering phones.Spend the call threating me that he would talk to the owner. Very bulger and no manners.Who wants to do business with this company.UNPROFESSIONAL.

They are ill-mannered, unprofessional moving company. Please avoid them, it is a humble request. I moved in September 2022. Firstly, inspite of video call, when they arrived they doubled the rate saying the estimate is wrong! The person who delivered my stuff at the destination was so ill mannered. He said he won't touch my stuff till I pay him. Upon payment, he did not assemble my furniture despite taking a premium package. When I called the helpline to complain, they almost shouted on me for not doing the estimate right..... Please avoid the trauma I suffered. Please avoid them.

I am a Custom Home Builder in Houston. I used Delat moving systems for two projects. One client was relocating from out of state with some delicate and insured artwork, furniture and clothing, mainly. It was picked up and delivered on schedule ( weather was on our side, admittedly) with no need for additional charges or fees. The other was moving commercial office contents from a personal home, to a client's personal storage facility in a retail center. It was quick and with almost no damage. Just a few dings that Ray offered to repair. Again, it was on time and painless. I do not have much experience with moving firms, but recently it so happened that I needed two in a short period of time. I have heard horror stories about movers and so was on my toes the whole time, but I have to say that the experience was as easy as ordering a pizza and left me with no headaches and even was able to store some items temporarily for a reasonable cost. I would use Delta again, without hesitation.

I used Delta on the recommendation of a friend. I'm a custom home builder and used them for a customer's move to Houston. He was on time, the price was what was agreed, no surprises. He estimated correctly and was honest in his bid and caveats. It was a large shipment with some delicate items and artwork that he made spec crates for. Insurance carrier accepted the transport and the client was happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray and his guys. Thank you

Texas to Colorado with Delta Moving Systems (DMS) April - June of 2022. Our move included storing (2 months) and transporting all possessions ( 3700+ sq. ft home). We interviewed 4 moving companies before selecting DMS. From initial DMS contact through engagement with moving team & Ray (principal/owner), to final delivery in Colorado, DMS exceeded almost all expectations. Since need to store our possessions for 2-3 mths, imperative storage facilities were well managed w/ ample protections. Toured DMS facilities & reviewed trucking fleet prior to decision. DMS facilities in a non-flood prone area (Houston) w/ good protection. Communications top-notch – answered all our concerns; met time schedules for pick up, storage & delivery. We packed 300+ boxes ourselves. Larger items DMS did great job wrapping & protecting. DMS even helped (minimal $) box up items we had not time nor materials to finish. Few pieces damaged (some repairable). Honestly, would have been amazed if 0 was damaged during our drawn-out storage/move process. Couple items misplaced. Notified DMS. They quickly found & shipped - at their expense. B4 move-in date, our CO HOA said that 18 wheeler prohibited in front of home (busy street / safety issue). Required DMS park ~ ¼ mi from home & use shuttle truck. DMS quickly worked shuttle truck into move (additional $$$ but was HOA requirement). Delivery team – 4 DMS employees (1 remained w/ 18 wheeler & 3 movers) & 1 local contract mover. Local resource did not return day 2. Only 3 DMS movers for several very large & extremely heavy items. These 3 did yeoman’s work. Being down 1, these 3 were put in stressful, & potentially dangerous position. We were fortunate – no injuries. That 4th person would have made huge difference. DMS should have sent another employee vs contracting out. In summary, we were very satisfied with DMS. Incorporating the lessons we learned from our move into a contract, we would certainly consider DMS for any future moves.

Shall I start by saying that at least they only lost 1 box and broke 1 lamp? Overall, my biggest complaint is communication. During the sales process they had great communication - though they did change my "binding" estimate multiple times and never did an in person walk through, only a virtual one. After they had picked up my things they had terrible communication. I had them tell me multiple times "your stuff is on the next truck will be there in no more than 5 days" and then nothing showed up prompting me to call back and get either no answer or a "oh, yeah, well it will be sent next time. Don't worry we'll call when we load your stuff." Did they call when they loaded my stuff? No! I had to call them and they were like, "oh yeah it will be there in three days". Every time they told me "it will be there or on the next truck" I planned for that - I had people here to help me unpack and set up - and yet every time they were wrong. I would also like to point out that "21 BUSINESS DAYS" is ridiculous since truckers work weekends - just say what you mean. They have 27 days to get you your things from the day you want them. I will also be explicit - this service own SIX (6)!!! trucks for the entire country. The one truck covers the entire east coast (except Florida which gets its own truck). So when the truck broke down stuff gets delayed fast. I would work with a larger, more established company next time so their delays don't lead to as much issues with my deliver.
