  I am a Broker Associate with Compass. Derrick Geitner helped our clients secure financing on a very expensive house and it really could not have worked out better. Our clients have absolutely raved about his service. I am getting ready to refer another client to him and I don't take referrals lightly.

  Derrick did not include my escrows in my loan and this was only noticed during closing. He stopped responding to emails regarding this after he got my business. Would not refer to him to a friend or family member.
