When I entered the store a man approached me with a cellphone up to his ear. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me options while he was still on the phone. I asked if I could speak to the owner and he replied that I’m getting the friends and family discount. (A friend and business colleague of mine referred me to this place she asked that I talk to the owner and mention her name.) I was not asking for a discount I wanted to mention that my friend referred me to this jeweler. He didn’t let me finish and I never did meet the owner. The piece that I bought is beautiful, but it did take Over four weeks to get. When I got a telephone call to say that it’s ready they mention the wrong type of jewelry. Clearly they were making back to back phone calls and didn’t rally have a clue who I was. When I picked up the piece they were to buzzy on the phone to verify that it fit ( which it didn’t) in the end my experience was not very good and they told me not to come back and that he was going to delete my account

I’ve always been super happy with the quality of work at Designer Jewels. Josh and his family are so warm and welcoming, and so knowledgeable always answering questions. I’ve had some ring resizing on some important pieces and everything has come back perfectly at a fair price. Thanks Josh - I’m sure I’ll see you soon!

Josh helped me custom design a bridal ring set from the ground up. It was my first time doing anything like this and I had a lot to learn. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every single one of my questions about cut, clarity, metals, and even about insuring the finished rings. He kept me updated every step of the way from designing to polishing and appraising. He always addressed any questions or concerns I had promptly. And I couldn’t be happier with the final product.
