This place is a hidden gem and my favorite place to drop packages. They make the shipping process super quick and easy and they offer all the shipping services you can think of from FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and USPS all under one roof. They also carry all the packing supplies you could ever need. The quality of their service truly sets this place apart from any other shipping place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This post office was out of my way, but decided to take the drive for the quote I received for an international shipment via phone. When i show up turns out there was a big miscommunication in the quote I received for which i understood. As I was walking away, the lady in the front told me that she is willing to drop the price considerably to ease the inconvenience I experienced. Great customer service!

I have bever seen this lady before that's working there now but I had an awful experience, her customer service is just ridiculous. I go to deliver a prepaid label for FedEx delivery, so she goes to print for the label and she charges me $2.15 I asked her for what and she said for the print and I said it's prepaid all you gotta do is scan it and it will print the label. But she insisted that I had to pay, not that I minded paying two bucks thats chump change but it's the fact that she didn't know i was trying to explain to her but she got an attitude saying how they are private and not FedEx which is fine but the way she talked to me is unacceptable. I don't know if she knows that this is America and there are consequences when she talks to people like that. It's about respect and if you can't do that then get out of customer service because you will fail that business.

My wife and I have been going here for several years being conveniently close to the neighborhood. They’ve consistently delivered great customer service and never had any issues with mail/shipping anything with them. No complaints from us. We will continue to go here for our mail/shipping needs ?
