First and last time I use this company, I sent a smaller package to Mexico, I wanted it to arrive as soon as possible and it never arrived at the destination, I tried to communicate with a customer service employee but there is no way to communicate only with texts (WhatsApp) I do not recommend this company, they charged me for an incomplete service, they do NOT deserve a star 😡

My package was supposed to be delivered on Tues 10/28. today 11/3 i still don't have it. 20+6469+9221. We pulled video and watched the delivery driver just drive through our parking lot with no attempt to deliver. On Thursday, we watched him driver right pasted our business. On Friday, I waited till 7pm in our parking lot with the gate open, and after checking tracking online it indicated and noted he couldn't deliver because we were closed. I was here. I need this package this morning asap. We want a new driver.

Asta literally saved my life. I have a photoshoot for my engagement photos for my WEDDING and my dress kept getting delayed left and right. I took a chance and went to this location and spoke with Asta and she did everything she could to make sure my dress was on time and literally a miracle happened! It arrived just a few hours before my photoshoot. She is incredible and I honestly cannot thank her enough she truly went above and beyond and I wish her nothing but the best in her career and life!!🥹

Whenever I need a package asap, I call DHL to see if I can pick it up at the DHL center and they always say no, I came here and they gave it to me with no problem.

I sent a phone to Colombia, they never told me that it could not be sent due to the laws of that country. I asked for a return and they told me that customs no longer wants to give them to them. They sent me a message and no one tells me anything anymore. I mean, this was given to customs and you know it.

We need more ppl like Dacquan Reid because he has help me so much with my shipment package and he connected me before it went out for delivery he made sure it was the right address so for him I got my wedding suit thanks man you been helping and the communication was also good and the way he was talking to me was also good so is 10/10 keep it up the good man thanks again I really appreciate for your help.

Every time I call I speak to someone out of the country and they talk so fast no one can understand. Also they are never any help. I lost an entire package dealing with this company. I don’t understand why my package gets sent to you then USPS, that’s too many different hands and that’s probably why my package was stolen and NEVER delivered.

The service with this company is probably the worst I've encountered at any company in the western hemisphere. Incompetent would be a huge improvement. They are inefficient. Rude. Disorganized. I never write reviews. But my experience with this company must be communicated to others. Beware. Do not use this company. I'm truly not sure how they can still be in business.
