I visited Diamond Direct's showroom on Richmond, across from the Galleria, two weeks ago Saturday. I was introduced to Vikki Cavil. She made me feel very comfortable because of her knowledge, personality, honesty, and her great eye for selecting a beautiful diamond. I found the perfect ring after visiting the first and only store.
Why only one store?
I felt 100% sure after seeing their selections and being educated about how they stand by their products and guarantee satisfaction.
My husband returned with me this past Saturday, and we sealed the deal and purchased my second engagement ring.
Diamonds Direct also offers complimentary services, including jewelry maintenance, cleaning, sizing, appraisal, and lifetime upgrade on engagement rings.
