Dillard's in Houston, Texas, was a delightful experience for me and my family. For the greatest place to shop for high-quality clothes. The service was more than exceptional. Loved the comfort of these people with good customer service.

SHOE DEPT IS AWFUL. Employees who ignore you when you’re shopping mumble if you ask them a question. The MANAGER is not much better. A little too arrogant and not focused on being helpful. He was comfortable talking down to me. Bad —— Dillard’s has 30-day return policy YET a “no return” policy if you wear the shoes and they deem it unsellable.—— THERE IS NO WAY to know how comfortable a shoe is until you wear them ALL DAY. HOKA shoes have a REAL 30-day policy if the shoe hurts. THEY BACK UP THEIR SHOES.

Honestly, I get anxiety shopping, I've walked out before. Today, the customer service rep on the third floor, her name started with a T was amazing. She was so helpful and attentive.
