Absolutely stellar customer support in the mens section where the fragrances are. A man in his mid 20’s with a scraggy beard and a young woman made me feel extremely comfortable during my shopping experience. They allowed me to test freely as one would like to when shopping for something expensive (you want to know you’re getting something right when it’s 130$+). This free experience came as a great shock as in Macys I could not go 3 seconds without a salesperson following me around breathing down my neck trying to force a sale on everything I look at. Either they breathed down my nevk or were incompetent. Compared to my experience at Dillards the people behind the counter were actual people who seemed to care about their job and not vultures forcing a product on me. Will definitely be making my next purchase here.

Store was clean and organized. Sales people were friendly and helpful. One suggestion for improvement: have more clothing selections on sale! I observed that Dillard’s did not have many items on sale— very disappointing.

Dillards always comes through for me when I’m looking for hard-to-find items (mid-matched bathing suit sizes) or need a staple such as a nice pair of black leather work shoes. I’ve been coming here for years and thankfully, they are as reliable as they’ve always been!

Terrible customer service from Nasrin. She’s rude and very unhelpful. I was trying to exchange a sweater size that wasn’t in the store and she wanted to overcharge me! All she’ll say to you is “that’s not my problem”.
