Lots of options, fashions nice, seems to mostly be for another season, but still nice options. Something for everyone! Prices as low as $3 on up to hundreds
Didn't find what I was looking for (cute comfy dress shoes) but did find a couple nice dresses and men's socks. It's freezing in there though! No cosmetics, but seems to have everything else. $15 swimwear! Security at the entrance and in another place. Be careful at the register though, the rewards card is a credit card, not just a member card. She didn't say that to me, then all of a sudden she needs my social. No ma'am, and she kept pushing. Other than that, be ready to search and wear comfortable shoes.

I've been going to the clearance center for a long time, and true, the prices are not what they used to be. It used to be the store clearance plus take an additional percentage off. Now, it just the clearance price found in the store before they send it to the clearance center. And no, it doesn't look better. It still looks like a clearance center, no frills. Prices always rise over time as the dollar loses value. More for less.

I used to go to West Oaks Mall back in the day, and even though it’s sad to see the state it is now it’s nice that this place is open for the nostalgic feeling of visiting WO again, even though it’s the only place open. However, the employees here are so rude. One lady gave me a dirty look just because I asked for help. Isn’t that your job? The place is great but the people here make me not want to visit.

Associates are asking customers to sign up for a "rewards card" which is a CREDIT CARD and go as far as saying "just hand me your drivers license I can sign you up for free"

If you're looking for a great deal on formal dresses, this is the spot. Now the carpet is a bit yucky, and all sales are final. If you can get past that, you will find some fantastic sales!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Horrible customer service from the employee answering the phone. I simply asked if they were open (due to the storm) and she said “obviously we’re open if I’m answering the phones” in a rude tone.
Don’t work in retail or in customer service if you can’t be kind to people. The workers here are always rude and annoyed when checking out. Avoid

The amount of goods they have can easily be overwhelming. They’re mostly well organized. Prices weren’t as low as I expected them to be. Major complaint—it was hot in the store…..miserably hot. I don’t know if they had the A/C on at all or if they choose to keep it at like 85 degrees or so. Would only recommend shopping here if you know exactly what you’re looking for and which area is the store it is located in.

Take it from me avoid this place. Horrible customer service from the employees and the deals aren’t even good here. Both cashiers are rude and entitled as if we’re a bother to them. The one lady with a hijab who attended me kept demanding I give her my license to open up a credit card even after telling her “no” several times. When I paid in cash she told me she didn’t have enough change and her co worker the Indian lady screamed “can’t they pay with a credit card”. After she returned getting my change she threw my clothes in a bag and placed tape all over it without giving me my receipt even after asking for it. Unless you want to be treated like you’re below them I’d avoid this place.
