My experience with Akea has been kind and positive. Needed a new lock, she cut the old lock off for me. Bought a new lock and she ensured I had all my codes for entry/exit.

My experience was good with the lady at the
Mangum location. Her name is Akeya, good customer service.
The strick rules doesn't add up with the facility
their is no climate controll. My wooden furniture was totally destroyed by moisture over the years I had my storage. I moved from up stairs to a small unit down stairs. I swept it. Dead rats I cleaned up. Their dropping over all my belongings. 9-29-25.
