I had absolutely positive experience at this place before, hence my return. This time around despite making recommended tire purchases immediately, something went wrong (tire delivered in error from Austin) which is not their fault. I had to go back three times and felt tires were haphazardly put on and off, and no due diligence was done.

Arrived at 3:00 pm only 3 customer in the store receiving service. All I needed was a nail taken out of my tire quick repair its 3:57 pm and I'm still waiting. I walk to the back only three guys working on the cars and four people standing inside. This is going to make me feel like the tire repair service is not worth it. if I can't come here and get quick service if I got to wait 2 hours to get a nail repaired. I could have went and paid to have my tire repaired at this moment for waiting 2 hours. It seems not to be any urgency for people that have already paid for service. The only way you can receive great that at this location if you spend an extra 200 bucks.

Brought truck in to see if the mail was repairable. I had to get a new tire. Paid online for the tire since I had to wait to see. They showed 4 in stock told me I did have to get a new tire. But it wasn't in stock. I took a Uber back to work since they said it will be a extra hour wait. This was at 1120am. Let work at 310pm to ok a Uber back, got here and they said the tire wasn't on yet. I have to get my daughter from the daycare at 4pm and they charge by the minute. So had to pay for a new tire and probably 25 dollars more for the late fee to the daycare. It should have been done.

My wife and I have been customers of Discount Tire for over 10 years. This has changed. I went in and purchased a rim that had to be ordered. I informed management that I would return when I could. I have major health issues, and so does my special needs daughter. Her twin brother's health issues are improving. I informed them of my circumstances. When I was able to mobe about unassited again, I gave them a call. It took some time before anyone could find the info. How is this possible? I purchased something from you. How do you not have record of it? Finally, a new manager said that he located it, but informed me that it had been sold. Seriously!?! He claimed that because they hadn't heard from me, they sold it. I said, "You have my number! Why didn't you call me, or at least refund me. That's called stealing. Never again!

This place is too crowded. The crew seems over worked. Went to a different Discount Tire and was helped immediately.

I came in at 5:50pm, granted I didn’t know they closed at 6pm on MLK day till I was headed here. All I needed was a quick air check, Paul waited till the car in front of me pulled up to get their air then cut the line off told me no and that “he can cut off the air check line at anytime”???? even though it’s 10 min til close & it’ll take him 2 minutes??? he told me he wouldn’t do it because they all needed to hurry and get home to their families. Mind you, I was the last car in line…. I asked nicely if he could squeeze me in considering my tires are pretty low and this cold weather makes this dangerous for any woman/person and he declined. If you ask me this felt very racially motivated and on MLK day, smh. I’m not even the type to throw out the race card but this is not even some major holiday for his race so, please explain what exactly are you in a rush to go home to, Paul? I’m black and there’s not a damn thing that 2 minutes adding air will cause you to miss on MLK day, the parade was this morning, Paul. I was going to come here to get my new tires for my new car considering I’ve never had an issue with any other Discount Tire location, guess I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I replaced my 4 tires this month. I had asked them to keep one of my tires that was in amazing condition so I could use it as my spare. They didn’t and threw them all out.
The assistant manager gave me a card with a phone number and a name to contact, he said he would personally resolve this issue. Now every time I call they disconnect my call and the so called manager won’t take my call. This is extremely upsetting and their costumer service is terrible.

Discount Tire has a new business model (respectfully, as a 25+ year customer)
1. Promise to fix flat tires
2. Call nearly all flats unfixable
3. Sell you a new tire
Bravo 👏

My 2024 truck got new set of tires at this location. After the install my front wheels started to make a weird noise. I brought the truck back and they did not found anything. When I took it to the dealer they told me wherever I replaced the tiresthey did not lifted properly, that cost me a $700 extra. T

BEWARE OF GETTING YOUR AIR FILLED HERE
Came here a few weeks ago for the free tire fill/air pressure check. The guy who filled my tires left all of the air caps off of my tires, and I didn't notice for a few weeks.
Fast forward- got a flat tire. The two are likely not related, but frustrating nonetheless.
Great experience getting my tire replaced here though.

Had a flat tire- went in and got all 4 tire replaced on my BMW
Since tire replacement, I have been having tire pressure monitor issue. Initially, I was told to drive around for the sensor to sense my tire pressure. Drove around for 2 days and keeps getting the "tire pressure monitor malfunction" error message. Brought it in, they checked it and said it was fine- just keep driving.
It didn't go away so I went to the dealer who said they damaged 2 of the tire pressure monitor sensors and will cost $650 to repair.
This is really unacceptable especially after spending $1000+ on the tires already. If they are replacing tires, they should know how to replace them without damaging the tire pressure monitor

Women beware! I went here this morning to fix my tire that I knew had a leak. I knew it was a small leak because I’ve only had to put air in it about once a week for the past few weeks. After initially looking at it, the guy said he didn’t see an obvious cause of the leak. He later came back with a picture of “my tire” that had a huge nail in it and said due to the placement it couldn’t be repaired. I told him to just fill the tire with air and I was going to go to get a used tire. They did that. I went to a small business used tire shop and they showed me where the leak was coming from. It was from a previous patch in the MIDDLE of my tire. They easily plugged it, made sure it wasn’t leaking anymore and sent me on my way. I wasted my time and energy here for 2 hours before going to the used tire shop where I was taken care of in 10 minutes. On top of the wait, they lied to me about the nail, the leaks placement and repairability! I hope this isn’t a regular occurrence, but it’s experiences like this that make me hate taking my car into places alone. Shame on you.

Horrible service they basically try to strong arm you into using their services. If you have a Sam’s or Costco membership try them out first. Much better prices, better service, and better warrantees. I think literally anywhere else is better than Discount Tire. For some reason, they tried to keep my hubcap after replacing a tire.
