I pulled up at 6:05pm. 5 minutes after closing on a FRIDAY. Instead of turning me and my flat tires down JOHNATHAN HELPED. Great customer service! An experience I will never forget! I will be back!

So after the South Post Oak location and employee Jonathan dropped the ball, I came to this Stella Link location. I was purchasing an entire set of rims/tires and Jonathan @ S. POST OAK was supposed to call WheelPros and discount warehouses to order my wheels. He called once, no answer and never tried again! I needed this stuff in 2days before I took a long 4hr trip w/ bad tires. I called my old Stella Link location and Manny called the warehouse immediately and called me back within a few minutes! I paid over the phone and the rims and tires was there the next day! Walked in, Adam took care of me and Cutter fixed a credit card situation immediately....was done and leaving with nice new wheels in 1 1/2 hrs! Well done.

I went to drop off my truck to get my tires rotated and balanced. My tires are only six months old. With really good tread on them. They refuse to do the tire rotation balance because I didn’t buy the tires with them. I’ve been coming to discount tire for over 20 years. And I’ve always had them balance my tires whether I bought them there or not. Horrible customer service, which was not what I have experienced before with them. I will never go there again.
