I came in for them to find out why my tire has a slow leak, as I couldn't find it myself. They sell me a warranty for all 4 tires without looking at tires and I asked if they needed to inspect the tires first, said no its based off tire tread. Then say the tire has been plugged and must rescind the warranty, disappointing but oh well. However they removed my tire from the rim, refused to put it back on and put my spare on all without asking for my consent or letting me know they might not be able to put the tire on if it's taken off. All because it's "not safe", I said put the tire back on the wheel don't inflate it but it's a safety issue for his guys. How about next time you let the customer know you're about to waste their time and disassemble their wheel then refuse to put it back together so I can just leave.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Set an appointment for tire rotation and for a slow leak to be taken care of; they returned my keys and lied stating that
they plugged the leak and rotated the tires but the slow leak was not fixed and the tires were not rotated if possible go to another location and save yourself from wasting your time.

Got my tires rotated here . No valve stem caps when my truck came out and they had broken the plastic end of my shift lever . When he parked it out front , he stuck the end back so it wasn’t immediately noticeable . It fell off in my hand as soon as I touched it . The technician tried to say it was like that when he got in the truck . Almost two weeks and no feedback/satisfaction from DT customer service .

Bullshit store! I love discount tire, but not this location. This location is trash. I bought 4 new Michelin tires from discount tire all the same date. I drove 25K miles, the tires are good in the front (measure at 6/32”) but bald in the rear and measure 2/32”. The 2 in the rear should be warranties for not getting the full service life out of them as they were placed on the car at the same time.
Instead, this discount location wanted to charge me $502.21 for 2 new tires. They are only charging me that because I’m in a bind with a flat (was my original reason for coming in) 🙄
