BEWARE ! i HAVE BEEN PURCHASING TIRES AND SERVICE FOR YEARS, THIS PAST YEAR I HAVE EXPERIENCED STAFF RUDENESS. I HAVE BEEN THERE 3 X IN THE PAST WEEK TO GET MY TIRES ROTATED BEING I PURCHASED TIRES THERE. WAS THERE FRIDAY AGAIN, REPRESENITIVE ON THE PHONE I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER WAITING IN LINE TO BE HELPED VERY PATIENTLY. HE GOT OFF THE PHONE WENT TO GARAGE CAME BACK AND THERE WAS A WOMAN WHO JUST WALKED IN AND STARTED TALKING TO HIM WHILE I WAS NEXT IN LINE. UNFORTUNATELY HE WAS HISPANIC AND SHE WAS AS WELL. SHE ACTUALLY WAS SERVED BEFORE I WAS. NOT GOOD. MAYBE I NEED TO LEARN SPANISH TO GET ATTENTION? COME ON WHATS REALLY GOING ON. I LEFT VERY UPSET.

Doing a delivery for them I had a terrible experience. The managers seemed disinterested after bringing me 4 tires to deliver for them and instead of helping me load them basically told me good luck and walked away.
While there a number of customers were complaining about their lack of service and care.
All in a horrible experience where the workers don’t even seem to want to be there or help.

I had a flat tire with a nail on the side of my tire. It was not patchable. Reginald let me know that my tires were 6 years old as well. It was the right time to get new tires for all four wheels. He wasn’t pushy or tried to offer me the most expensive tires. He asked me what I like or want. Showed me the comparisons. I trust his opinion. He also offered wiper blades since mine were worn out. We took the offer. It was a great deal. My car was done in under an hour and they were so busy. When I came back for my car it looked emptier. They managed to finish the other customers’ cars as well. Miguel handed me my keys and let me know my tire light is off and everything is good to go. Thank you so much. It was a wonderful experience.

AVOID JERRY if possible when you get service. Went in with my family to get 4 tires changed, service took as long as promised, just 15 minutes longer. That wasn't an issue and William was an amazing help with the sale and service. However, I ended up leaving my phone in the lobby after we drove off and had called to check if anyone had reported a found phone. Unfortunately Jerry answered the phone and seemed very bothered and uninterested in my query. All he said was no, and I had to ask if he could please check the area we sat at, and he was so brief and just hung up after I said ok thanks for checking. After confirming my phone was there through a location tracker, we called again to ask if they could please search the area. Again Jerry answered and said there was nothing there. Did not once offer to ask other employees or say "let me check in the back" or SOMETHING to express interest in helping me. They are understandably busy, and I get this wasn't a high priority issue for them, but had he expressed an ounce of care for the matter, this would've been resolved so much sooner. Drove to the location, again had to talk to Jerry since he was the one available, and he AGAIN said "no, no ones returned a phone," annoyed and just staring at me. I just stood there, unsure what to do because my app said it was there. Thankfully Juan overheard us, and said a phone they found earlier had been ringing like crazy in the back. Jerry didn't even bother asking his crew if they found a phone! He didn't bother to even ASK. No apology or even ounce of guilt after the phone was returned to me. Jerry is rude, impatient, and careless. Thank you so much Juan for stepping in. I don't think empathy can be taught, but Jerry should look into it. I've also seen other poor reviews for Jerry, so Discount, maybe reconsider this employee's status.

This place is always the in and out. Probably the most efficient workers inside and out. Spacers weren’t seating and they took the time to take them off so it would prevent other damage that may come. For someone who drives a lot, I really appreciate them looking out for me and my truck!

If you visit this location, be prepared to waste hours upon hours of your time. I understand it’s busy, though it seems like the employees at this location have no sense of urgency or customer satisfaction. Got there around 10 am. Our vehicle was not pulled into the bay until 12:00 pm. Once in the bay, we were told that the service would take 20 minutes. We were not out of there until 12:45 pm. You are better off going somewhere else - a complete waste of time.

Got there, talked with Philip, and was immediately taken care of with great tires, awesome courteous customer service, and appointment made in less than 5 minutes. Keep up the great work Discount Tire and Philip!!
