I used to love this location as I had been coming here 3-4 years with no issues.
Just in the last two weeks, my outlook has changed.
I have had directional tires installed, which previously have not been an issue, but now twice, they have been installed backwards which made me have to wait an extra 30 minutes to an hour.
The techs lost my hubcentric rings, and it took the manager to search for my Enkei hub cap as they said “you came without it”.
I’ve never had an issue before, but it seems their newbies are assholes.

Had to stop by before they opened because of a flat tire and ubered to work, called them when they opened and were amazing. Dylan helped me over the phone to resolve the issue with my car, great customer service. Would definitely stop by again if I have an emergency.

Warning!!
For your safety, Please double check your NEW or repaired tire when they hand you the key in front of the door and tell you thank you, because they will take your money and let you drive out the shop without do anything with your tire and hope you will not find out and hope you will not get involved with a accident just because they know you trusted them. .I got a flat front tire and they supposed replace two new tire for me because they said both my front tire are wear out. guess what? I drove out the shop without checking because I trust them and it is dark outside, I almost hit another car when I drove into the street because I still have the same flat tire when I bring to the shop, They do fix the tire when I go back before the accident happen but what will happened if accident really happen when you get out their shop. They should get a five star if this not happened, give them one star just hope they will look at this situation more seriously and hope no one get hurt in the future from this kind of mistake. BTW, I address this situation but the manager did not take this situation too seriously, this is why I have to bring up this subject

Did not put anything down in the car to protect my fabric interior and got black hand prints all over the inside and it won't come out. They also failed to put the spare tire and accessories back in the trunk properly and just threw it in the trunk.
