I have been a customer for years I came in with a wobbly tire and almost had to beg them to rebalance them then had to wait over an hour, bc the 4 employees in there were talking so much. It was only me and one other customer! Very frustrating and I was disappointed at my service

I want to give a really big thank you to the entire stuff at the discount tires on West Belfort. I had my tire go flat on me at 5:30 in the evening and ended up having to Uber to discount tires. Regardless of what time I walked in, they were eager to help me and they were positive and they were nice. Thank you to Jorge for being willing to go above and beyond to help me out get me back to my vehicle and switch out my tire. The customer satisfaction that I received from this location will keep me taking my vehicle back there for any issues I have. Their staff did a wonderful job and I felt a quality level of service.

I went for rotation and balance they charged me like 80$ and it wasn’t fixed also my wheels were missing couple of lug nuts

Refuse to inflate my flat tire,refuse to change my spare tire without a good explanation.!!had to call our roadside support.

Every time I come there’s always an issue. I went back to back 3 or 4 times just for air and there was always a reason why they’d couldn’t do it.

Awhile back my dad got his tired they broke his tires bolts and didn't took responsibility for it, than in end of December my dad took his truck with the spare tire to get 4 new tires. He told them to put the 2 back tires in his truck bed that he wanted to keep them. Once done they didn't give him the 2 old tires, and keep in mind he went in with his spare tire right? Dad didn't make a big deal about the 2 tires, fast forward to today. We took the truck to get 1 tire fix, come to find out they never put my dad's spare tire BACK!!! Of course they used as an excuse that it was "long time" ago that they don't remember but that they know they always put it back per Leo words who was starting to get upset because me and my dad were upset!! They have horrible workers in the shops

🤦🏾♀️ !!! I am so furious. Where do I begin !!! Tuesday, November 20, 2024 it was approximately 5:40 PM in the afternoon. I realize that my tire was low and there was a discount tire nearby on Gessner and I was CLOSE BY so I decided to stop regardless of the area because I really don’t care for that area, but I went ahead and stopped !!! I’m here in Texas and it’s daylight savings time so therefore it gets dark a little earlier and I didn’t wanna have to go to the gas station to pump my own air Into my tire. So I felt like discount tire couldn’t let me down. But little do I know they did. !!! Long story short I was in line behind this young lady and it was about 5:42 PM she waited about 2 to 3 minutes before they pulled her into the bay!
Then the young man that was getting ready to put in her tire, looked at me with a confused face. I quickly glanced at the clock to verify that it wasn’t 6pm to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong 😑 . A manager comes over to me in a RED shirt by the name of LEO, he told me they were closed.
I look at the time again. It was 547pm, I stated to him “ you guys at 6 PM right, and he said yes but the line for the air check is closed. I said that’s not true because the young lady that was pulled into the BAY in the bay is getting air check and AIR !!! He tells me , NOOO 🫨 SHE WAS INSIDE THE BUILDING AND SHE IS ABOUT TO GET HER CAR WORKED ON. !!! 👀
I instantly told him that’s a lie because whether you know it or not I was sitting behind her before she got pulled into the bay. Then he goes on to say that the air check machine is 😡BROKEN ( again ) It’s been broken for over some time now for over 3 weeks and that they’re CLOSED and if I want any service, I have to get out of my car and go sit inside and WAIT !!! I looked inside and asked WAIT FOR WHAT !!??? . I said y’all close at 6 PM. Why would I get out my car and go inside and wait just to get AIR CHECK ??? Are you KIDDING ME ???!!!
Then I see another young man assistant another car With air check, he put air in 2 of there tires so I SAY to him “ so you’re still telling me you can’t put air in my tire after I looked at two of your employees assist two of the people in front of me “ ????
Overall, he finally did get one of his employees to assess me with my tire because he saw that I was persistent and I wasn’t leaving because I didn’t arrive AFTER THE TIME FRAME !!!! JUST BEING a female this is just flat out ridiculous !!! I’ve always thought I can count on discount tire at a time like this, but I don’t even think I’m going to patronize your company ANY LONGER along with family and friends !!! THIS IS BEYOND SAD 😞!!!!!
DISCOUNT TIRE 🛞 Please get rid of these lazy ass people that aren’t willing to work !!!

Unfortunately Discount Tires are no longer a Discount. The name should be changed to Regular Price Tires. I’m saddened by this place. I remember I could get 4 tires at $450, now it has doubled. I’ll be going to the mom and pop shop that carries no name but have good tires as well
