Why book an appointment if it’s going to take over an hour to even get you checked into the Bay? They changed my arrival time saying I arrived at 12:53 rather than me arriving at 11:55… I got here at 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

Warning to Customers!
Be cautious when purchasing tires from this location. I initially bought two new tires, and a couple of months later, I purchased the other two. After six months, I went back to have my tires checked for air, only to be told that one of them needed to be replaced and couldn’t be repaired because it wasn’t purchased from Discount Tire.
I informed the manager that all four tires were bought from their store, and he even pulled up my receipt to confirm it. However, upon further inspection, he claimed that the damaged tire was not from Discount Tire and was older than six months. He also checked their system and found that they didn’t even have that specific tire model in stock when I originally purchased mine.
This means that despite paying for four brand-new tires, someone at this location installed an old, used tire instead. Make sure to double-check that the tires you paid for are the ones actually installed on your vehicle!

Initially after my service here i wasnt pleased actually pretty upset with the way the technicians did the work, john finner made everything right and actually came from the front himself to the work himself that speaks volumes. Definitely recommend shopping with him

Alexander pushed me to replace another tire,he not acept replace only two tire, I took my key to found another tire place.

waited 15 minutes just to get air while 3 guys in the shop stood around and talked while only working on 1 car .i had to call just to get air. sorry customer service here.

I had some new tires put on my vehicle I called around asking how much beforehand and they told me $110, so I asked for the tire brand that I had bought from them previously and they said it was $80 but not in stock. So I had them order it and the next day had the front 2 replaced. So while I'm waiting the supervisor comes to me and tells me that I have a nail in the sidewall of a brand new rear tire and that the whole tire would need to be replaced, so I said ok give me a quote and then they said they would have to pro-rate it out and that they DO HAVE another $80 brand tire in my size IN STOCK, so they lied over the phone about not having any $80 tires in stock the day before. I told them no and after getting vehicle back I took the nail out BY HAND and tire didn't lose any air lol. On top of that they left all my valve caps off lol. No good 👎🏼

Buy my tires here and can’t come to get them checked because it’s been 15 minutes got out of my car and called and they are short staffed.

It's very good store to do business with and I went to get a nail out of my tire. It's normally busy being a very busy store location. But the rain made it slowed business down at the time.

We went to purchase a new rim and William told us he could probably bend the rim back into place instead & fill the tire with air to see if it would hold. He said he would work his magic and text when the tire was ready. He took time to explain the process and helped us save money! He was very informative and all around nice guy. Thank you William for going above and beyond to take care of us today!
