i gave them the benefit of the doubt for too long bc they’re my local discount tire, but it’s the last straw. i go for every single car i have, or used to. i went this last time to use my warranty for a gash i had on the tire, but i went back a few days after to another discount tire bc it was shaking a lot and i didn’t have time to go back to this location, so i went to location off 45 and airline, they said the tires were not balanced, and it didn’t have any weights. that was definitely from this location without a doubt since they were the last discount tire to touch my tires.
i should’ve known when the last time i went we found out from the dealership that my tires were put on wrong on another car of mine, the bmw wheels that go on the back were put on the front which the dealership caught luckily but i know it was this discount that did it because they’re the only ones that worked on my tires since i bought the warranty there. i don’t know what they’re doing but they need to figure it out. the only good thing about this location is joey always greeting me and helping me out.

HORRIBLE customer service! I am 6 months pregnant with twins. I came on my lunch break today and was told the wait was over 40min, but if I made an appointment that there would be no wait. So I came back after work for my 5:15pm appointment. It is now 6:34pm and I am still waiting !!!!! All I needed was a patch on my tire. People who just walked in after me have already came and left !!!! Joey, the rep who checked me should be ashamed treating a pregnant woman this way. I will never be back here again and I recommend that women stay away from this place, because there is definitely some type of discrimination going on.

What can I say but… ask for DRE!
On a SATURDAY.. from entrance to exit w/ 4 tire replacements, I was done in 1 hour!
You read that correctly… 1 hour. He promised and they smoothly delivered.
ANDRE is kind and accommodating. No condescension or confusion…just care.

Usually have a great experience at all location, Not this one so much, had a nail on two tires so decides to buy a set of 4 no issues there Told employee to save the best tire as I bought a rim to keep as spare, get home an they save the tire with the nail on it. Like what am I supposed to do with a tire with a nail.
