This place always has what I need. Always. I came in to return a pair of shoes that were too small, but because I had already worn them once they weren’t able to take them back. The manager saw my distress and instead offered me $10 off of my next purchase. Undeserved kindness. That’s called excellent customer service! Thank you brother.

Visited this place to conduct business. Now the customer service needs improvement. When asking questions for the item needed. The response was unprofessional and the tone was as if the employee didn't want to assist, based on looks continuing to ask who customers work for? What does it matter. In customer service people should never assume or judge. Horrible customer service.

****UPDATE****I never bothered to read William O'Hara's reply until today, so let me clear up one of his lies. No..I did NOT keep going back until today afterwards BUT AFTER 8 YEARS...I thought I'd give him another chance. Well this time is no different William. However, people should form their own opinions, I only post MY experience.Today I was in SW Houston and I needed to pick up a cheap shirt and cheap Pepper Spray. When I think of cheap merchandise, I think of "Discount Uniforms" after what happened with my phone carrier for my duty belt and my general treatment..The cell phone carrier fell apart due to cheap glue holding it together. Then an employee told me that my "bulletsafe" vest that was too big could not be taken in on trade because it was a cheap vest and they only took high quality items. Then a week later started selling bulletsafe and NOW it was the best thing since sliced bread! I complained to William who went on the defence and said, "You make me sick, get out of my store!" Because of this myhusband and I took a chance and stopped in looking for cheap merchandise. First it was obvious he didn't remember me because when William personally asked me what I needed, it was apparent I wasn't "barred for life" as he said in his reply.I walked up to the nice lady working the register and asked where security shirts were at the very moment William entered the building. Before she could reply (she was about to answer), William interrupted and said "She will be right with you!" I started to walk away she leaned over and answered me. While I'm looking at shirts, instead of helping the other people that were waiting, he walked up to me and asked me what I was looking for then called over an employee and told him in Spanish a description of what I needed WHICH LEAD ME TO BELIEVE I WAS BEING HELPED. The nice young man kept bringing me dark blue shirts and not black. Unfortunately he doesn't speak English, I spoke what little Spanish I knew when another employee walked by that is bilingual and asked her to explain to him what I needed. This caused William to walk back over and interrupt to see what the problem was. I asked another question or two and he started to get angry with me announcing that there were people waiting ahead of me and they should be helping them yet he assigned an employee to help me! I spoke up for myself and told him I looked for a waiting list but there are none available. He raises his voice to the employee and told her to "start a new waitlist for her" I honesty don't know why I was shocked at his continued rude behavior. Finally the young man comes back with a basic black shirt and told the other woman that he suggested I put a security patch on it. I said that would be fine and went up front to look for the waitlist which was nowhere to be found. I told William he didn't have any but it looks like I'll opt to have a patch put on it and asked where do I sign up. HE LITERALLY GROWLED AT ME! I walked away and sat in the back in tears from the embarrassment from the customers staring at me. The sweet lady came and consoled me and asked me if the shirt has to be polo and I said no. She said something to the young man and placed her hand on my shoulder saying it's going to be OK. The young man came back with a black T-shirt with "security" on the back. At this point I was ready to leave so I told her it would be fine and mentioned the Pepper spray I would like to buy. She immediately walked towards the case and I pointed to what I wanted. I asked where do I wait in line and she shook her head and proceeded to quickly check me out.Again he was rude and hostile. have a theory why he's like this. According to his own rude replies he said his family, kids and grand kids, live in Mexico and he has businesses there as well as homes. Yes HOMES (more than one) so apparently he's got enough income. Horrible store worst customer service ever. I have been here twice and Jessica isn’t there. Customer service is a terrible. show I waited 45 min for them to find a pair of pants that they didn’t have. The pants they brought me were old as heck. The production date was from 1990s. I asked the owner what was going on and he yelled at me and told me to leave.

IN RESPONSE:Lmao. First of all, I was not fired from Locke, nor does that even have anything to do with this review. Also, I'm not the one who doesn't even know how to properly issue checks or void them. Lastly, I have been to the store several times and spoken to the owner and the "so-called" bookkeeper. If this comment back isn't proof enough of how insane, nasty, and unprofessional they are, I don't know what is. Also, if you have a problem, you're more than welcome to call me :)Most unprofessional company I have ever seen!!! The owner is horrible to customers and employees! They're incredibly rude and nasty. Even to the point of cussing people out! If I could give them zero stars I would. Please save yourself some trouble and go to literally any other uniform store in Houston!!

The store owner has a horrible attitude. The clothes are different colors. I ordered three pair midnight navy bdu. Tried one pair on in store. They fit them, do alterations on all three although I tried on only one pair. I get home realize one of the pants purpleish-blue. They don’t refund or exchange. Company defect they can’t be responsible for.

I went to dui and I found the best selection of uniforms, badges and utilities for law enforcement and security. The staff was absolutely the best and the owner is top notch. Everyone helped get my uniforms and walked out with a smile. Please treat me. Williams and his staff with courtesy because they work hard and do right with their customers...ty so much DUI.?

Jessica was fantastic! A true professional. She knew what we needed and made sure my son was fully outfitted for the fire academy. She didn’t try to sell us unnecessary stuff. This could’ve been a very intimidating shopping trip, but she made it easy. They’re lucky to have her.

My experience was very horrible. I I could give no stars I would. My opinion is they are very prejudice and don't like black ppl. I came and was patiently waiting for help. Was told to give them a minute and I will be helped. I waited at least 45 minutes to see employees walk around me lolly gagging until an Hispanic woman comes in and instantly gets help. So again I noticed and still didn't say a word until when she finished helping the lady and didn't try to see what I was coming in for. The "owner" comes in and magically they finally see me..smh and he was on their side the whole time as if I was being impatient. My experience was disgusting and disappointing. And my shorts still don't fit. I'm just so pissed and irritated.
