I have been seeing Danielle for years and have loved every service I’ve had done! Gradually going more and more blonde? Done. Going back to brunette? Done. Cutting my hair short? Done. Adding in layers? Done. I always leave feeling very happy with the results and my hair always feels so smooth and healthy!

I really hate to leave a negative review, but I had my hair highlighted and cut with Danielle yesterday and I’m genuinely disappointed. The top of my head is still dark brown, which defeats the purpose of getting highlights in the first place—especially since that’s the area I most wanted brightened after grow-out. The highlights themselves are a very bright blonde and don’t blend naturally, so the contrast looks harsh.
To make things worse, the haircut didn’t turn out well either. The sides are uneven, and it was cut noticeably shorter than I requested. I ended up spending over $500 and walked away feeling really unhappy with the result. I have several upcoming events and will now need to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Just overall a really frustrating experience.

Olivia was very attentive, had open communication about what we were doing with my hair, she was very friendly and offered a comfortable space while receiving service! 100% recommend coming here and will be returning!

Do or Dye is amazing!!! I've been fortunate to experience this salon with two stylists, Lindsey and Brandi. They're both incredibly talented, kind, and always willing to listen and provide feedback to giving your hair the attention it deserves. Even after moving out of Houston, I still make the trip back! Highly recommend!!!

Every time I leave Do or Dye, I feel relaxed, refreshed and beautiful! I fly to Houston from Maryland for Brandi to do my hair. She is the very best and this salon is modern, up to date on styles, education and the best products. I will forever be a customer here!

I would like to preface by saying I’m EXTREMELY picky. I was referred to Danielle by a friend. She is amazing! I’m no longer a natural blonde any more, yet Danielle makes my blonde look not only so natural and fresh, but blends it in a way where I have less maintenance and damage. Booking online is convenient and easy and the whole staff is pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone!

I have been going to Rachael for balayage for years now! I have very dark hair and when I first came in for my consult she was super honest about how many times it would take to get a good ashy blonde. We also knew after the first time that my hair tends to the red (copper) tones which I don't really like so Rachael has kept me as far from those as possibly with glosses in between color and recommending the best products possible. Additionally, because my hair is thick it can easily get very dry but I LOVE the Milk leave in conditioner they sell here... It has kept my hair nourished between trims! For as much as I've invested in my color I'll def spend what is needed for good products to keep the color vibrant and Do or Dye has them. Thanks for the awesome service! Location is great too.

Ashley was outstanding! I don’t think I’ve ever loved a haircut more! She knew how to get the most out of my natural wavy texture, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair.
