I just want to give a shoutout to Mandy at the front desk… she’s freaking amazing! From the moment I walked in, she had such a friendly, positive energy and treated my dog like they were her own. I was a little jelly about how my dog liked her more than me. But she made check-in super easy and took the time to make sure everything was right. You can tell she really cares about both the dogs and their owners. People like Mandy are what makes this world a better place :)

After the passing of my older dog, I was searching for a safe and loving community where my dog Bash, could thrive. I’m so grateful to have found Dogtopia. From day one, the coaches have been incredibly caring, nurturing, and patient. They took the time to help Bash adjust to the new environment and made sure he felt comfortable and secure.
What I love most is the genuine attention they give each dog. It’s clear they truly care. Bash absolutely loves going — he attends daily, and every visit is filled with excitement. The daily events they host keep the pups entertained and engaged, which has made a huge difference in Bash’s happiness and confidence.
Dogtopia has become more than just a daycare — it’s become part of our family. Bash will definitely continue to be a regular. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and loving place for their furry friend!

I take my dog to this location every day while i am at work so she can socialize instead of sitting in a kennel at my house. She has a blast every day. She comes home tired from playing with other dogs all day and it has enriched her socialization with other dogs and people. The staff are always courteous and if there is an incident, they let me know. I couldn't possibly recommend this Dogtopia location any more. Keep up the great work!

We used this location since July. We had a few concerns, but needed daycare. We picked up our dog from a week of boarding and found she had 2 large bite wounds scabbed over on her face. We cancelled our service. No one informed us that she had been injured, though undoubtedly there would have had to have been blood.

I LOVE this location! I especially love that I get to watch the web cams and check in on my dogs throughout the day. The coaches are wonderful with the dogs. You can just tell that the dogs are excited to see them. The rooms are separated by dog size and energy level, which is very comforting. I'm so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to take my dogs to!

He was able to start immediately. This place was easy and my dog loved it. Thanks again!

I took my pup for meet and greet and the first day they said he did great, they said he was very exited and needed some "me time" which means CRATE for 10 minutes a few times, but everything was wonderful.
I didn't realize that lunch is served until 12:00pm, my dog eats at 9:00am so I came at 7:00am and gave them his breakfast. Manager told me that they couldn't feed him until noon, no exceptions, I think that was so unflexible but I let it go. That day I didn't have access to the cameras but my dog came back home more than exhausted, he looked passed out, lethargic, like if he was on drugs and next morning he vomited and I couldn't take him that day, he was not himself all day.
Second day I tried again and I had access to the cameras and at the moment I turned my camera on, I saw the guy putting my pup on the crate, I thought he would have his 10 min "me time" as they sugar coat the term crate, after 35min my dog was still in the crate and I called them, they immediately let him out and told me that he had a situation with a golden retriever and they were taking turns in the playroom, why didn't they call me to pick him up or at least to let me know, what was going on? they minimized the situation, once I came to pick him up the manager said that it was not my dog's fault, that the other dog was having a bad day, really? So why my dog gets crated? Again, why I was not notified?
Again my dog that day looked lethargic and sad, I asked them and they just smile and say he was exhausted.
Third day, I left him and told them my dog had a bite from the attack from the retriever and the front desk person agreed and felt it, minimizing it.
Cameras were off for a while, lunch time, nap time, why? Why we cannot see lunch and nap time? I don't get it.
Once I was able to see the cameras, all dogs were crated, 10 minutes later, half of the dogs were out, and another 10 minutes later all dogs but mine were out.
I was that upset that I didn't care calling anymore, I drove 20 minutes to get my dog who was still in the crate, I asked the front desk person why he's being crated all this time and he challenged me saying that my dog was mounting the other dogs, again, why I was not notified and told to pick him up if they cannot control him? He is a puppy, a very friendly energetic 10 month old pitbull, who is not aggressive but full of energy... I will totally understand if you can't handle him but then, why do you want my business?... my dog has a big back yard and doggie door at home, he goes there to socialize, if he is going to be crated what's the point.. they act like this was a correction center more than a day care, I was told twice that they need to be in crated to feel the consequences of their actions, really? They're dogs! Even a not dog expert knows that dogs needs positive reinforcement, not punishment, and if you're going to show them that mounting is not correct, 3 minutes is enough and not 45 minutes.
After all that experience and dogtopia Waugh, he is still very quiet and I hope little by little ge will be himself again.
The reason I took him to meet a greet is because I travel often and sometimes overseas, leaving for more than two weeks, I will never leave my dog not even for one hour at that facility again. I even ask the staff if they sedated him because they way he is being acting.
I don't like either that they don't have potty time outside, that confuses the dogs who are potty trained even though they want to sell us the idea that it's ok... also that not hygienic for them.
I'm very disappointed of this place that on the outside looks great and loving but they can be so cruel to pups, they didn't treat mine nice.

I brought my German Shepherd puppy, Kya to Dogtopia to have fun and play. But each time I checked the camera during the day, on multiple occasions and on many days, she was crated while the other dogs were playing. Also, they crate the dogs for a nap, but I would check the camera 15, 20, and even 30 min after nap time and she would still be crated while others played.
The people at the front desk are very kind, but never was I offered any feedback, so I continued to observe. I then began to ask questions at the end of the day about what I believed to be excessive crating. I was given a few explanations, like she just needed play breaks, or was excitable, never aggressive, just excitable. Once I was told that when they pottied other dogs, that Kya ate poop, so obviously I understood that she needed to be crated during potty time.
But I began to observe the cameras more closely during regular community play, and I began to ask for more feedback, when I noticed her crated excessively, and was eventually told that Kya was crated about 30 minutes out of every hour. This is excessive. If they don’t want excitable puppies, why do they accept them? And why did I have to go to such lengths to gain information? If she was having behavior problems, I wish they had come to me instead of making me be a super sleuth. It seems it was just easier to put Kya up than to work with her or let me know that she needed work. It was very lazy not to communicate with me. Like some of the other reviews, my dog never showed any excitable behavior either when going. Ultimately, I decided to pull her out. We are really more interested in a bit higher quality than what we received here. Again, front desk is very nice so hopefully this experience was used as constructive feedback so they can improve their staff and improve their ways of handling spirited big dogs and communicating with owners about any need for a need for increased crate time. I’m a stay at home dog mom. If I wanted to crate her for 30 min every hour, she can stay home and do that for free.

I started bringing my 11 month old husky here about a month and a half or so ago after my older dog passed away.
After the older dog passed, my husky puppy started to experience severe separation anxiety even when being left alone for an hour or so. I tried tons of exercise - Multiple breaks throughout the day - Nothing worked. It was noise complaint after noise complaint. Life was stressful lol.
I even tried medication and all it ended up doing was making him super sedated, which I don’t want for him.
Then, we found Dogtopia on Waugh. These people are amazing, guys. Hands down. Prices are affordable. Staff is top notch. Facilities are cute and clean. Most of all, I really do think they love our dogs as much as we do.
If you have a high energy dog with separation anxiety, they will change your life like they did mine.
Thank you guys!!!!!

The ladies at the front desk are great and very helpful. I liked the experience in the first day and thought would be worthy to come back. However, I felt a bit disappointed following through câmera that there was a vacuum being done while the small pets were in the room after a very little interaction with the pets. My dog didn’t really show excitement behavior during the period she stayed. It can be something related to her, for sure, but a more friendly environment inside would have helped.
