I work for a company that requires me to wear their uniform. I usually find a Dollar General near me around lunchtime to grab snacks and drinks. I come to this location often. I asked to use the bathroom and was told by the guy at the counter there is no guest bathroom. Every Dollar General I have ever been to has given me permission to use their bathroom.
I can see every location is built exactly the same when I walk in so I know there is a bathroom available.I am obviously at work and don't have the luxury of using the bathroom at any given moment even if y'all had a guest bathroom, I did not feel like a guest as usual.The employees are rude disrespectful from time to time as they change every few months

The store inside and out looks horrible. The store looks like someone came inside and ransack the store stuff everywhere. Shelves not stock who every run this store is pitiful.

Horrible horrible place !!! The rudest employees you could ever meet in your life. Stopped by at 8:51... they close at 9. Lady refused to let me grab one item I needed. She said "nah we close". I told her yes at 9...I'll be quick. She refused to let me in when they were not closed. All while 2 pit bulls chewing up trash at the doors. Every staff member always has an attitude and talks about how much they hate their jobs while ringing up people. The parking lot is disgusting... trash everywhere is nasty and every person working there has a nasty attitude. After years im over it and will not be back. Someone really needs to do something with this location.

This location doesn't honor the coupons on the DG app. I clipped the coupons and had them in apps system, and they told me there was a glitch in the system and the coupons weren't good and I couldn't use them. The person in leadership act like she really didn't want to help me. The store is not organized, looking for things is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. The lighting is poor and gloomy makes you want to leave as soon as you walk in. If you’re trying to use the coupons from the app I would advise you to find another store because this location is not it.

Online stock doesn’t match in store stock - said there was 12 of an item but there was none. The checkout line is always long because it’s slow. Just go to Kroger or HEB a few minutes away.

The store is the worst, from the bad/rude customer service to the trashy outside appearance. It's very clear the general manager never visits this store. Went today around 12:00 there was so much trash on the outside from old garbage and food laying around. Two employees were talking to each other in the back of the store ignoring customers, they could have been stocking the much needed shelves. Make sure to check expiration dates before you purchase, they sale a lot of expired items. When you bring it to their attention, they just put back on the shelves instead of throwing away..

This was the worst experience I walked out immediately. The service on entry the lady was nothing short of rude, abnoxious, self centered, and down right not in tune with reality. I refuse to give my money to this location DO BETTER!!!!! SHE WAS DARK SKIN WITH FAUX LOC IT WAS HORRIBLE. SHE WORKED NIGHT SHIFT TODAY IF THE OWNER CARES TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!

5 stars this dollar general is haunted something rubbed an item on my side & when I turned around .. there was nothing there lmao, I thought it was a kid with a stick or something lol.. then I just laughed. Another day I watched things fall off the shelf too lolI'm glad it has some haunt.

Some of the employees here are very nice but there are others that are very rude! I come in sometimes and there is one girl in particular who always has her ear buds in, and just throws items in the bags. She was bagging my items the other day and wasn’t paying attention and dropped one of my items, didn’t say a word. Then I have been trying to call to see if this location still has fedex services but there is no answer.
