They have a cashier that is very rude. She has glasses and is short with brown hair. The store wasn't so bad but her attitude was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I'd rather go down the street to Family Dollar they aren't so rude.

KT told me that Dollar General has laundry baskets with wheels and I wanted a small kiddie pool to cool off a bit at the end of the hot days here! (Yes, I like splashing in water, just a big kid at heart!!!). So, the DG in Jacinto City is closest to me and off I go!
When I pulled up, I didn't see any merchandise outside. But on entering, I hit pay dirt! They had my kiddie pool! Now to find that laundry basket. I found is, but at $20.75 a little too pricey for me. Headed towards the check out. The store was clean, but apparently they just got a delivery in or employees called in and the aisles were not conditioned, like the DGs I know. Anyway, Eva at the register, with her smile, made up for it!

Good and fast customer service 10/10 always a clean and organized store! Jesus and Rosy where helping me look for an item I couldn’t find thankfully I went in and out. Thank to there help:)

Today I went to dollar general on 4/6/24 I was looking for hot wheels and found many great options I think they supply more because I had a great experience and I also bought delicious Oreos and kool aid jammers

The manager this morning was so helpful and had a great attitude! I know it’s not rare to run into somebody like that, but it was just something about this manager, she just was so engaging and patient… and if it was up to me, I’d give her a raise lol

An employee at this location kept passing the aisle I was in. She passed by 5 or 6 times to see if I was going to steal something. As short staffed as this store is, this employee made it a priority to see if I'm going to steal. Smh.

Be extremely careful when paying with your debit or credit cards here. My information was stolen after I paid with my debit card here and they use it to make unauthorize purchases under my card. I remember a young girl cashier that day. This place is horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would, customer service is real poor and as soon as you go inside they don’t greet you they just stare at you and everything is unorganized, tossed around, and it’s dirty in there and smells bad , the cashiers attitude wasn’t to polite either , I asked her to repeat the total and she threw a little tantrum, and made a animal sound, proceed with caution .
