Horrible Management! The woman with the short reddish blonde hair is rude and unprofessional. Apparently the corporate office doesn't care, because I made a complaint and have yet to hear a response from them. Go to the Missouri City or S. Wilcrest store where they treat you with respect! DON'T GO TO THE FONDREN DOLLAR GENERAL!!!!!

The African American employee with short blonde hair of this store, today this afternoon (around 3-3:10 pm) , was being beyond rude towards me while checking my items. I tried calling manager but no answer. The line was short and I was doing a separate pay. She was shoving my receipt at me, pushing my bagged items at me, touching my hands telling me to hurry up. I wasn’t even slow. Even the guy behind me was looking at her funny. To treat any customer like trash makes you a clown. I hope you’re reading this because you deserve to be fired. I saw how you were treating the other customers in the store and also your trainee, before I checked out.

Cashier Robert, when I walked to the counter was extremely rude. Looked up from his tiktok video saw me after I greeted him went right back to watching his video until my husband loudly said hello to him. He didn't speak a word or offer us receipt or tell us our total. Ridiculously unprofessional.

They say they open from 8 to 9 but in reality they open at 8:15 and close at 8:40. I think they should change the hours and put the correct one.

I came at 9;02 and they was already locked a d the last person was st register entering amounts and I knocked on door guy did t even pay me any mind kept his back turned so I left not cool at all it says open until 10

An establishment in a not so safe looking area with bars on the windows and doors. Arrived within business hours well before closing time only to find the doors locked. The employee inside made no motion to allow us to enter, just looked at us. It’s a small store, could’ve been in and out in no time. Would definitely not return.

Worst customer service always even the manager and the cashier's are always rude like if the store belongs to them they don't even know how to assist customers I've always said, if people don't like their job or what they're doing quit working and go do something you enjoy.

This location needs to be closed down employees stay outside no one is ever at the register and the store stays junky and to top it off these young girls have their babies in the office one cashier had her baby on her hip ringing someone up where is the district manager to fix these issues...good thing Family Dollar on the next block!

As a way for employees to pay attention, an alarm for when someone enters and leaves was placed at the entrance/exit. (There's only one door in use because stacks of water bottles block the secondary door.) The screeching sound is not palpable. In fact, people with auditory issues wouldn't want to shop there. This is a deterrent. I'll go to another location (pending no egregious alarms) or the Family Dollar down the street because I want my peace.

Why is the store always closed on Saturday., I went there this morning and the doors was locked no signs on door informing you of why!!! They really needs to do better, there is always an issue and the doors are lock!!!
