Today on 06-24-2025 I went and the store to grab items for a customer on doordash while shopping they were out of stock of the item okay fine, i proceed to go the check out there was a tall black male with black shirt no name tag and black pants that rung me up once it was all totaled it all went left the card machine is upgraded but dont show where to swipe i proceed to ask where do i swipe this doorash card has no tap he say on the side so with me not knowing which side i moved it a tad bit and it cut off he say man bro then we get it back on so try again before we could try again he catches a attitude cause the customer which is having a small problem with figuring where to swipe. But because all the item that were on doordash customers list was available it wouldnt let me proceed so it said decline by this time a second worker has came up and tell me my card has decline call doordash and while iam standing outside the line so other customer can check out he say out loud very unprofessional all well i told you your card decline mind you this is a doordash card not my money. overall -1 very unprofessional. I will be at the store tomorrow to make a report with general manager since when i ask to speak to one today i was told there isnt any in this happy around 2:30-3pm

This is worst Dollar General that I have ever been to. The store manager basically keep me out of the store before I could complete my shopping. She was very rude and unprofessional. I act her for a item inside of the store she just pointed I a direction and keep on walking need less to it wrong what she told. She acted like I was disturbing her. Also, I what was the name of the Store District Manager the young black kid was trying to take up for the Store Manager by also being very rude towards me. Someone in Authority needs to Investigate this store. I am not Finished I currently just recently started working in the area. I wish that I could give this place a Zero. The only person was very nice and professional was the Security guard at the front door. I am going to report this store to Dollar General Corporate Headquarters.

I once saw a black dude trying to steal snacks and cleaning supplies but the Hispanic cashier caught him and The dude started throwing all the stolen goods at him. This place is wild.

If I can rate zero I would I’ve moved from Florida and since day one that I go to this store this employee has been so rude he’s always on the phone while cashing customers out and then he cashed out extremely slowly like our time is not important to him and now today I’ve had the last straw he disrespected me so badly today there was 15mins before 9pm google says y’all close at 10pm so he’s closing an hour early or maybe it just hasn’t been updated but either way there’s 15mins I know he likes to close at 9 or maybe the store closes at 9 be either way I know so he not only yells across the store at me saying YOO AND THEN TAPPING HIS WRIST LIKE HES TELLING ME TO HURRY UP SO RUDELY THEN HE CALLS ME MAAM REPEATEDLY WHEN I TOLD HIM I DO NOT IDENTIFY AS THAT AND THEN HE DOESNT CASH ME OUT JUST BECAUSE AND HES NOT EVEN A MANAGER WOW SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO FILE A CIVIL against him if you do not like your job then why do it smh

01/06/2023 7:30pm I gust walked out the store the cashier was so rude she talked to me so bad I asked her a question if all the coupons have applied she answer me so bad like if she’s a lady from the street i told her don’t talk to me like that I’m a customer she was like hurry up an pay like really rude an disrespectful she shouldn’t work there if she don’t like her job or be disrespectful with the customers I didn’t even took long to pay I pay so quick then I was going to pay my dogs food an she didn’t let me no more her attitude is really bad they need to hire people that like there job I don’t know how they still have her working there

Went in between 7-9pm last night, the young black guy working the register was very rude, as he always is!! I had 2 separate orders which made him very rude. Because I guess he didn't understand one was being paid with my card and one was paid with cash. Stop hiring Cashier's that get a attitude because they on the phone and don't want to work. As I explained what I was doing and why he just started to go off about how I don't have to come in and he won't serve me if he in the store. So I let him know I will contact corporate because he always has a nasty attitude every time I come to the store. I've been a customers at this store since it opened and never dealt with a employee that's so rude. Never greets the customers he treats people like if he doing you a favor because he works there. It's several people in the area that I know have complained about his attitude. As I was walking home a young lady from Pizza Hut heard me telling my mother on my phone asked me what's going on because she was headed there. When I told her, she even said he is rude and she hate when he's working. That is a problem people should not have to deal with that when they coming to shop and spend their money

I went to that store today and found an item that I wanted but ,unfortunately ,it was the last one on the shelf and it didn’t have a tag price on it, I addressed the manager (that just happened to be being mean to another employee at the moment )about the issue to see if she was able to help me found a solution so I can take the basket home ,and she was extremely rude, she told me that she couldn’t look it up and do anything about it,I didn’t give up and went to the register to see if the cashier would help me, but I got the same answer and attitude from him, really rude and not trying to find a solution, I felt super frustrated with the whole situation, they just preferred to lose a sell than to find a solution, very disappointed:(
