It’s a New store manager young caucasian male. Unfortunately his name not on the receipt. He’s not friendly . Does not engage with customers. Don’t speak (AT ALL ) always on his phone. I’ve been working in retail business over 15 years . And this is unacceptable. Also I notice every time African Americans enter the store . He always turn on the recording, overhead speaker about the store is being monitor. It’s very Saddening. Hopefully ONE DAY he will give Better Customer Service.

Very bad treatment of customers by a person named Catalina with dark skin, a person like that should not be a cashier. I hope they fix that in that store.

I was in line and saw how they treated some people badly just for wanting to make a purchase. The girls didn't even say anything. That woman, I think her name was Catalina, treated everyone very badly. I hope the poor girl reports that person for racism. I know that you did. they didn't do anything wrong

Today I stood in line to pay for my products and since today Saturday there is a 5/25 coupon I decided to go shopping with a friend we both had the products in the same cart and when I paid for my products everything was fine but When my friend passed hers, I wanted to help her because she doesn't know how to put her number in the store and the cashier named Catalina with dark skin canceled the purchase just because I wanted to help her, she kicked us both out just because she wanted to help her make your purchase, since Eya doesn't understand anything about coupons, I'm really thinking about filing a complaint against that person. If I didn't talk to the police while I was in the store, it was because I was in shock trying to understand what was happening with that person. person, what had been her annoyance if she hadn't done anything wrong, I wasn't just helping her make her purchase

Many good products but today I was treated so badly in this store, the cashier took my products and just told me to leave the store, she did it with several people just because she didn't want to get paid, she yelled at us to get out and it's barely 10 am

I'd love to feel like I could visit this location more frequently, and would considering how close it is to my house, but I swear every single time I visit the majority of my time is spent at the front waiting for someone to check me out. It's bizarre. I don't go to Dollar General to shop for a full bill of groceries for the most part, I'm just going in to buy a couple of quick necessities or a snack, as are most of the other patrons from what I can tell, so their inability to deliver on their one potential selling point - convenience - is frustrating. I'd say it's management's problem for not staffing up, but today there were 2 employees who eventually meandered up to the front when a line started to form behind me, and I'd say 2 employees should be plenty for a store this size. And I can't say they were keeping themselves busy organizing the shelves or cleaning up outside given the sorry condition of the store both inside and out.

mariah is very productive professional and positive as well as her co worker and the security guard they help find the perfect phone charger because my new puppy dog chewed mines all up.....lol i came at 7:28pm on 04/21/2023 they are all amazing
