Today 10-12-25 the girls staff they was super happy a lot of people customers smiling and having fun they was having church in there. Everyone inside this store was rejoicing and smiling, happy. The cashier the young lady super professional,educated, some kind of loving friend. That was a crazy awesome feeling the best experience ever. And I wasn’t the only one person there.
Dollar General franchise, congratulations.

Every employee from management to the entire staff should be retrained on customer service. The atmosphere is depressing. Everyone acts as if they hate their jobs and heaven forbid if you ask for assistance they show their disdain even more. From expired food, incorrect pring, to coupons or sales not being honored, this place needs a new system on how to engage with the community. The parking lot is usually full of trash and discarded food that you must walk or drive through. Lastly, the kids from Bammel Middle school across the street are excelling in shoplifting. Initially, I liked going here. I would go in 3 to 4xs a week. It was a pretty tight ship, now it's sinking faster than the Titanic. Honestly, both Ella locations need to close indefinitely until a major overhaul is successfully implemented and completed.

Whoever the lady was with the name, tag Queen was very rude and very unprofessional. She proceeded to check me out and was on the phone the whole time . All I asked was could I have a price check , one of the items I purchased , what it was on the shelf I payed more for what it shown. She immediately got defensive and very nasty. I didn't even bother to argue I left. When you work with the public, you need to make sure that you're a professional at all times and you have a positive attitude not everybody comes to argue or give you a hard time. It's called customer service .

Omg ms Monique is the best customer service provider EVER, She took time to show me how to put together a get well basket for a friend who almost lost her life. Please dollar general gift this beautiful lady

Rontavia She is an incredible cashier, I use coupons to buy and I just came from another general dollar and they looked at me ugly when I told them that I needed to use coupons instead in this store with Rontavia she is the one who asks me if I need to use them, I just loved her

It's always something at this location! Either the system is down for over a week or they open and close the store whenever they fill like it. The store is suppose to open at 8:am today but it's almost 9 and the doors are still locked. The employee that's in there is too busy with her ear buds to hear me knock.
