The Dollar Tree on Long Point is the dirtiest I have seen yet! Trash outside the door! I went in to buy a roasting pan at 8:00 AM and stuff was laying all over the floor from people knocking stuff over or not putting it back ,just literally throwing it on the floor and the floors and door were so filthy! It's the worst I've seen! It looks like homeless people sleep right outside at night and leave there trash everywhere! I'm very disappointed because it's the closest one in my neighborhood! I have to go to others a long distance from me and that's very inconvenient. ☹️

Customer service ( or service of any kind) is non-existent in this store. This place literally functions as if only one person can work the register. Will something bad happen if another workers hops on the register to take care of the customers in line? It always appears to be understaffed no matter what. I literally just walked out because there were 6 patrons in line, one worker on the register, the second worker walked up to the register, appeared to be logging in to help the line, but ultimately walked away and did not help at all. Meanwhile the only person on the register is blowing up balloons while the other 5 patrons are ignored and disregarded by the other worker. If you have a staffing issue then maybe you should hire more or simply close the location. There is absolutely no ounce of customer service here.

The Hispanic Female manager tonight is lazy and rude. I asked her to double bag one of my bags because she stuffed soooo much in it. I didn't want it to break on me. She rolled her eyes and handed me the bag to do it myself... unacceptable service. It's more terrible customer service than good here.

It’s ok but the shelves are practically empty. Also staff is lazy. They had a line of 8 people waiting with one cashier and manager comes out and then says he doesn’t want to help and goes back to office, like come on where’s the customer service. I don’t understand why the high rating.

Dollar Tree, while offering affordable products, falls short in terms of organization and cleanliness. The store has great potential, but the overall experience is hindered by issues with stocking and tidiness.Upon entering, it's evident that the staff could improve their efficiency in restocking shelves. Many times, I've encountered empty spaces or disorganized aisles, making it challenging to find specific items. This lack of attention to stocking not only affects the shopping experience but also gives the impression of a store that may not be adequately managed. The overall cleanliness of the store is another area that requires attention. There have been instances where I've noticed items scattered on the floor or shelves in disarray. Maintaining a neat and organized environment is crucial for a positive shopping experience, and unfortunately, this seems to be an area where Dollar Tree could make significant improvements.Additionally, the checkout process can be less than smooth. Long lines and sometimes unattended registers contribute to a sense of inefficiency. While I understand that Dollar Tree is a budget-friendly option, streamlining the checkout process would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience.Despite these shortcomings, there are positives worth mentioning. Dollar Tree's variety of products at an affordable price point is a significant draw. It's a place where you can find a diverse range of items for just a dollar. This value proposition is what keeps me returning, despite the challenges mentioned. In conclusion, Dollar Tree has its merits with budget-friendly products, but improvements in stocking efficiency, store cleanliness, and checkout management are necessary for a more enjoyable shopping experience. With some attention to these areas, Dollar Tree could elevate itself from a decent store to a standout destination for budget-conscious shoppers.

Very Bad Management…
I Arrived Almost 40 Minutes Early
From the closing, and at the moment of crossing the
Door The Manager Told Me That There Were Only
5 Minutes To Closing, To Which I Said What
It was fine since I only came for one item,
Next, speak out of the loudspeaker.
It will be time to close and when it left
From giving the announcement, it went hallway by hallway
To get all the people out
Will Find And Emphasize What He Didn't Do
In a good way, it changed my
opinion My Stars When They Make A
Good Change in Management Personnel,
Well, only the management one, since the
Cashier Staff If They Do Their Job Very Well
Job.
