Sales Associate are very RUDE. I was trying to pay for my Shopping this afternoon, about 6:32pm with a Sales Associate calls DERIC. By the time I was waiting for him, to ask me for my payment method, card or cash, another staff approached us and started talking with Deric. Then this person, part of the staff, in a very rude manner, acused me that I was listening his conversation with the Sales Associate who was serving me a this time. This person threatened me with Call Security. After I paid for my items, him a another blonde guy, came outsite to keep THREATENING me with calling Security, which is I am still wondering why when this person is the one who dont supouse to be there dealing with customers. I would like to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINS the staff working 11/18/24 afternoon shift.
I am strongly NO RECOMEND to go to this store if you have to deal with staff like this, that DO NOT RESPECT Customers.

I recently visited Dollar Tree and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees. The employee in question displayed a rude and disrespectful attitude throughout my visit. Not only did they talk about customers in a derogatory manner, but they also seemed to believe that customers couldn't understand them. This behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting.
I value respectful and courteous service when I shop, and unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope that Dollar Tree addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all customers receive the level of service they deserve.

The girl working there was anger and rude because we return some stuffs, she payed us twice then when i reviewed the receipt and understood what she did and asked her for our money she talked to us very badly,rudely with avery anger face.when I asked for her name no one help us
