This store is an entire mess it’s never stocked, things just thrown everywhere and don’t get me started with the staff the woman that looks male manager is extremely aggressive there will be a very long line the cashier asking for help she will not come out, customers will in line complain and she will come out aggressively stare at them and say what? As if she wanted to fight someone for saying anything, then go back behind that little office door and not come back out at this point why is this location even open ?

I just want to say the lady name kaneisha that works in dollar tree deserves a raise I mean this lady does it all while never breaking a sweat excellent customer service skills and hard working!! Keep up the great work the world needs more people like you

The employees respond in a very bad way. I do not recommend this store. I don't understand why they treat customers badly and no one does anything.

Terrible customer service! I went in to purchase balloons for my son's birthday. The cashier and manger said that they were only selling mothers day balloons. Lazy and unacceptable, especially from Management. I went elsewhere....

Horrible customer service.Short hispanic lady with glasses Tattoos rings and bracelets .This person's has a bad big huge Horrible attitude her face tells you she doesn't like her job.

We like this Dollar Tree. We recently went to 2 other Dollar Tree stores that were not as great as this one. We are pleased with this one. We even found the Shamrock birthday cake milk again and the Donald Duck apple juices and lots of other things we like. The bathroom are kept really clean.

Cashier told me I couldn't have an extra plastic bag because they are "limited". Excuse me but that's a courtesy when I spend my money...I burchased bleach and didn't want to spill in my car.

Raquel was amazing and personally ripped apart boxes to find an item she knew I had came into the store looking for. (Even though they did not plan on putting it on the floor until later in the week)

I was under the impression that the store closed @9pm and doors should remain unlocked while customers are in store during operation hours. I was walking in at 8:50, yes right before close but I see a staff member lock the door and laugh before I could get to the door. As there were other customers in the store and still within operation hours asked to grab one thing through the glass. The staff member proceeds to laugh with another staff member while talking with me through the glass. It was 8:54 at this point and it looks as if he asked the manager or team lead if I could be let in and she would not let me in. I just think this is incredibly unprofessional especially since my local dollar tree store is always helpful and stay open up until the end of operation hours. This store seems altogether unprofessional and don’t seem to have the store or customers in mind.This was a disappointing experience… it was nice to see the staff leave the parking lot before me :) guess they got out on time tonight

I mean it's a Dollar Tree, so the bar is already low.I'm expecting only two employees in the entire store with one is perpetually stocking which means there is one cashier.I'm expecting to navigate around towers of boxes in aisles because of stocking.I'm expecting for there to be no helium which is going to disappoint two or three customers in the consistent line of eight or more because they wanted balloons.What I wasn't expecting was for 'Raquel' to be overly rude and aggressive.I wasn't expecting my things being thrown in their bag.I wasn't expecting her to have an attitude and purse her lips and answer, "Yeah, okay" to questions asked.I'm not a member of the, "No OnE wAnTs To WoRk" brigade. But, I will say not everyone can handle a customer facing position.So, if this is 'Raquel's' disposition, perhaps she should be stocking ?**(Raquel was the name on my receipt.The cashier was an older hispanic womem with a sleeve tattoo and brassy highlights)**
