I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this employee was rude! The girl that was working there today 09/29 was texting on her phone the whole time I was waiting there for her to start scanning my items. As soon as she was done scanning my items she got right back on her phone. Also, not even a hello.

I didn't find exactly what I needed but I was able to get other things. It was really busy in here and not organized, but I did see a kid unattended just going through things and not putting things back on the shelf.

STORYTIME: I like Dollar Tree stores, but one time, I almost got into an argument with the cashier lady at this location. She wasn't paying attention, and she was talking on her phone. She was supposed to give me my exact change back, and whenever I asked her about my change, she said I owe her money. She went on and said that I didn't pay the correct amount. She said I needed to give her more money. I showed her the receipt, but she didn't even bother to give me back my change. I told her she could keep it, and may God bless you. ?

Came to this location to purchase items (snacks). There was an older associate sitting at lane 1 on the phone light was off but lane 3 was opened with no associate. So, I walked over to see if their lane was opened and the associate told me they were off, but the other associate at lane 3 would be back shortly. I walked back to lane 3 items placed on belt ready for purchase. Waited about 5 minutes before the associate in lane 1 had to yell out the associate name (Cynthia) to come to lane 3. The associate walks up, telling the other associate she was putting on mascara no formal greeting or apology for the wait. Scans my items and when the receipts starts to prints she gets on her phone. I took my receipt and left the store. Sadly, Cynthia needs retraining when it comes to “customer service” because she did not do it very well and got distracted doing other things. I cannot understand why when people get hired in any place of work doesn’t matter where you work you have standards and expectations to withhold when you’re working for any company. Customer service is the most essential part of operating any business and this just proves why companies need to do more PPR or training consistently with their employees.

My mistake to ask the manager to get a case at the price of their website. He was the worst manager ever yelling at me saying "then go by it online "
