I recently visited Dollar Tree and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Miss Pat. She was incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to assist me with finding everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free. It's always a pleasure to encounter such dedicated and kind employees. I highly recommend this Dollar Tree location, and I appreciate the great service from Miss Pat!

Bad costumer service asked for a price check up and the cashier name joshua said “he was not scanning anything that wasn’t paid for” he was saying funny comments about other costumers . No type of respect .

Let me start off by saying this - I like the concept of Dollar Tree stores, but I don’t like the lack of upkeep that seems to be common practice within this retail chain. It has gotten worse within the past year especially at this location (W. Belfort @ Gessner). I went to this Dollar Tree on July 3rd, 2024. The entire store was a complete train wreck!! There were boxes in EVERY aisle. I could barely maneuver around them. In one instance I had to physically push a cart stacked with unopened boxes out of my way to reach items on a shelf!
How could any business open its doors to the public inviting them to spend their money in such a disorganized, trashy, dirty, hazardous establishment? The manager of this store should be ashamed of himself. I would not wear a name badge or would want to be associated with Dollar Tree on W. Belfort @ Gessner. To the manager: Don’t you realize that someone could trip over one of those boxes in your aisles?! This has to be a fire code violation. Or don’t you care about the citizens in this community that patronize your store? Probably not! It’s evident by the lack of housekeeping and inventory control I see when I come there. If the store front looks this way, I can only imagine what the storeroom looks like at this Dollar Tree on W. Belfort @Gessner.

Will not be going back there due to the non food exchange. As soon as I left store the staff said oh we cannot exchange food even though the gentleman kept the receipt and the manager KIM CURSED ME AND MY DAUGHTER OUT. as a customer I was upset that I was not provided the receipt upon leaving the door....as soon as my daughter started to have an allergic reaction and informed the chips tasted bitter I went back in to request receipt that states the policy in plain text. I was denied receipt and cursed ? at by the African American staff. I am African American and know times are hard but to act ghetto and be at work that's horrible. I had to speak with my daughter outside of this store and explain to her their actions were not ok. Kim the manager in duty advised because the bag was opened right at the store door they could not exchange the chips smh. Daughters allergic reaction was calmed by emergency allergy medication located in my car. I waited 10mns me and daughter for the other employee on picture below register to come back. As a customer he began to yell after I advised the manager had advised me he needs to unlock his register login to reprint a receipt. I will not be emailing again I'll just be filling terroristic threat civil suite and harassment on the store and individuals that were on staff today's date if I hear nothing from your corporate office. The managers picture is below that actions could have gotten her really hurt.

I will never come to this location again I came in with a backpack due to the fact that I had to buy a carpart which was well over $400 and was told to leave my backpack to the front where I had to leave normally I would say that’s not a issue but there was 2 black customers in the store with backpacks on clearly, the cashier had something against me, even though I’m Latino don’t shop here they are racist.

Female manager maybe in her 69's a bit rude and refuse to tell me why I couldn't use my debt card my first time in the store.

I went at least once a week to this store. I was really a fan of buying there and sharing my pleasant experiences with family and friends. They have changed the staff, they are quite despots and they have a very messy store. the manager is a bit rude today I went because I wanted to buy some things and exchange 3 things I bought yesterday for another dollar and he told me I had to go to the store where I bought it, but in a very unpleasant way. I will not visit this store again. they lost a good customer
