What happened to closing the store at the closing time (10pm). I don’t understand why your employees are locking the doors @9:45 and tell me they’re closed when the website says 10pm…..lazy ass employees….hire people who can actually work until your rightful closing time

I was at this store about a month ago, late evening. It was paaaacked. Nonetheless, they were still treating everyone with respect, not once giving anyone attitude, because the lines being so long (it wasn’t nor will never be their fault!), they were greeting everyone and smiling… then it came my turn…
I had a lotta items to buy and on top of that a bunch of balloons to get inflated. Not once they were mean nor say anything that made me feel uncomfortable, ???? ???? ???? ??????? ?? ? ????, ?????? ?? ??? ??? ??? ???????? ??? ????? ??????? ???!
I was sooo overwhelmed with their kindness and patience that I wanted to tip them, and they refused! I gave LaToya like 5 hugs and told her how thankful I was for their ahhhmazing service!
They went the extra 100 miles to get things done, and I cannot express how thankful I am to know that we have this kind of service in the neighborhood!
So if yall visit my ✨bougie store✨ be ????, ????, ?????? ??? ??????? ???? ????!
PS, and also, give them a raise!

I fell in love with the store. It was so nice and clean. When I went last Tuesday return today store was still nice and clean. Couple of items in the frozen food section were expired but still it’s a nice clean store and I will come back again and again,thank you The people there are so nice customer service ??????

Today was not a good day to go to a location that is always so well stocked. The employees were awesome it's not their fault they did not even have something as simple as baby oil, or vaseline.

Stopped in to get some things for work.i shopped for a while and then got in a long line. There was only one cashier working , her name was Yolonda and she was rocking it. She was so polite, happy and smiling. She worked hard to take xare of each and every person who was in line. She apologized for the wait, said thank you to everyone who checked out. Having been someone who worked in retail for 30 years, this is not always an experience you get. Especially since Covid. I truly did not mind standing in line because she was such a pleasure to listen to. Finally she got help and instead of going to the other line I waited to say thank you to her for being so positive when it could have been easy to not be during that experience. I have to say there were two managers working who let her work like that for a good while and then finally got on a register. I made sure to knock on the office door to tell them what an amazing employee they have in Yolanda. Thanks for making my day Yolonda!!
