Dollar tree is my favorite store to shop around good prices

Many times I’ve tried to shop at this dollar tree and no employee really cares about this store. No acknowledgment when you walk in not when you’re checking out. You’re a ghost at this location. On top of poor customer service It’s always unorganized, under stocked but this time did it for me. Needed a few cheap Christmas items for my daughter’s school party. There was only boxes on shelves stating not to open boxes. How are we supposed to shop? We’re 9 days till Christmas and their Christmas merchandise is still boxed up! Ended up leaving empty. I’ll tag photos for you to see for yourself, always disappointed here.

This Dollar tree has a nice selection of just about everything. You just have to look around to find what you want. The workers seem to be friendly at the register

This Dollar Tree location needs serious improvement. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. One cashier was rude, and got upset simply because I requested cash back. She told me I had “wiped her out of cash” and that I needed to go to another line because she needed to make her money back. She never apologized, didn’t care, and provided terrible service.
On the other hand, Ms. K was polite and did her best to help me, but the overall environment was very negative and unwelcoming. If this store wants to keep customers, management needs to address the attitude and professionalism of their staff.

It used to be my go to place but when I went in 2 days ago it's not any more.The prices of went up.I know everything's going up, but change the name from Dollar Tree.

It's 8:45, the door is locked, and the cashier showed me away. What's the point of business hours if you don't follow them?
