The girl at the cash register i think hear name says crissmore (or something close to that) has headphones on talking and laughing on the phone instead of tending to me! at the end she says thank you and when I did not say anything back to her, she tells the person on the phone people are so rude today they can’t even say thank you back but yet she talking on the phone while she on the clock…. The guy standing at the next register, look like he wanted to say something to her, but just stood there…

Horrible customer service experience and the stores is very dirty. I know the hire ups could care less but I'm still going to leave a review. On 3/4/2025 at 4pm I went to this location. I put my stuff on counter to be checked out and the cashier was just looking. I asked her was the lady in front of me checking out coming back because she left and the cashier said yes but I had to be the one to ask because I was just standing there. I waited and waited and I said can I get cash back and the cashier said no. I'm still waiting to be checked out and the cashier is saying nothing. I saw another cashier open so took my items there. I told the cashier I'll never come back to this Dollar Tree because the lack of customer service and she just said sorry and continued to check me out. I then saw the sign that I could get cash back and I said the other cashier told me I couldn't. I could hear the other cashier smacking her lips. Then I asked the cashier was she the manager and she said she was the assistant manager. Her name was Judy(that I got from my receipt)...I told her how the cashier told me I couldn't get cash back and she wouldn't check me out while other customer was gone for a long long time and the other cashier turned around and had major attitude rolling her eyes and saying her cash register said no cash back and I said well you could of communicated to me that the other cash register does have cash back and she said she didn't know that the other cash register had the cash back option with a very disrespectful tone and bad attitude while rolling her eyes and walking off and the assistant manager did nothing. Both shouldn't work there at all. But I know corporate office doesn't care. They just want people working. As many store chains that are closing due to financial reasons etc and alot of consumers shopping online, you would think these big companies would do better but this Dollar Tree just lost a customer. When people stop shopping at these stores that lack customer service and cleanliness etc and the stores have to close down because of no revenue then the corporate office will pay attention but it will be too late. Just like the $99 cent stores closed down.

This location is a weird one. They can never keep a worker for longer then a month. They are always friendly. I dont like that they always have one check out line open.
