I'm mad! I have always loved Dollar tree. But now they're prices have gone up. Prices are mostly 1.75, 3.00 and up. I have always shopped there to save money. HEB is starting to sell 1.25 items. HEB is already my favorite, I hope they continue to have great prices.

This Dollar Tree was a huge disappointment. The atmosphere was really unprofessional, and it felt like customers weren’t treated with basic respect. It made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Is there any more dollar stores in the world? Everything in this one is now $1.99 which I did not know until I noticed that some of the things I picked up had a five dollar price tag on them. I asked the cashier what was up with that and she said that they have items from Two dollars up to $20 now so there is no more dollar items. I don’t know why just a extra dollar makes such a big difference but it really does. I mean the stuff is not better in quality or quantity so why am I paying double I don’t know. I guess this place is just lost. It shine for me.

I love dollar tree but this one here never has what I need. This is closer to home but the one closer to my job OMG!! I can go there everyday and find what I’m looking for.

Poor customer service. Cashier was on phone conversation while customers were checking out. Laughing and not speeding up our checkout. Visited 04/10 @ 5pm.

I called in to ask if they had any pool noodles this late in the season because I needed them for a project and my local DT was out of stock. The girl who answered said she thought they did, so I asked if she could double check for me before I made the drive up there. She said sure, then the line went dead. No big deal, I figured it was an accident. I call back, explain my call just got dropped but I was asking for confirmation about the pool noodles, immediately the line goes dead again. Clearly, she hung up on me twice. So I call back one more time, explain my call was just dropped twice after she indicated she was going to ask a manager for confirmation, then the employee says, “Yeah, I’ll ask her later.” I’m sorry, what? I’m not calling to ask again later, I’m calling to know if they have them so I could come up now. Finally, she gets the manager to the phone and she was very nice, confirmed for me that they do have some, but I hope that cashier is still in training because if she’s an established employee she needs to be fired hanging up on customers trying to figure out if they’re going to come spend their money there. It’s as if the employees in this store have no manners. One of them was following me with a cart on the aisle. Instead of saying excuse me, he awkwardly stood behind me.I proceeded to the checkout where I greeted the cashier Jordan with a “hey how ya doing”. She didn’t respond. Then again I thanked her as she handed my receipt, still no response.I will not be spending money here again

Angela and Van really came through and were very courteous! Hands down the best dollar tree I have ever been too due to the friendly staff!!
