Will not return. Bar staff was nice but super slow. Didn't even have any beer whatsoever. Drinks were bad. Place was empty. May as well shut down.

We come to the Donmain often food is always great and service is hit or miss and usually great when we sit at the bar. Came tonight with a party of 6. Took 45 mins before a waitress even approached us because all of them were tied up making a promo video in the corner. One of the bar tenders makes drinks amazing (the one serving the bar areas) the other one serving general population>> needs more training. We ordered steak one waiter said it was one temperature the other one said it was different. They serve a great steak but with plastic ware. One of the ladies in our party the waitress got both drink and her food never came out—her unlucky night. This place is great for the younger crowd age 21-25 who don’t have a standard for customer service and just fine with less than mediocrity. Then to add insult to injury they charge a 20% gratuity even when service is less than.

Love this place! Just came in for the first time for their brunch after seeing their ads on instagram. Nini was an amazing server very attentive and personable. Food was amazing as well I LOVEED the fish and grits. Would recommend to anyone looking for the perfect brunch spot on sundays!!!

This was my first time here with some friends (3). We had the best server Emani! She was attentive, helpful, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend and this WILL be a place to go back to when I come back to HTX 😌
