I went in to pick my pizza up. I stood at the counter about 6 min so I started watching the guy take the pizza out the oven and cut it. I watched him cut a standard pepperoni pizza and cut the cutter to the side and then he took out a Alfredo pizza with white sauce he used the same cutter with the marinara sauce STILL ON IT and cut the Alfredo pizza. Then he scraped it and still had onions on and two different sauces. So I asked the cashier and she looked he me in the face and turned around and grabbed my pizza and told me to have a good day. Basically telling me that she wasn’t gonna respond to my question. She had tattoo of 2 numbers under her neck and little dreads, butch. Absolutely rude and bad attitude. I come to this location almost every week. I won’t be back.I got home and there was an onion and bell pepper between my slices. What if I was allergic?!

Manager on duty (Robin) is an insensitive jerk with zero professionalism. He completely ignored me when I was forced to go inside after waiting over ten minutes past "Ready" for my carside order. When I went in I attempted to get his attention while he prepared another order. After 2-3 min wait he finally gets to the front desk but doesn't realize I was the person ringing the store phone; he picked it up and placed it on hold with no acknowledgment. During this time I hung up and proceeded to tell him what my issue was. I told him how I had sat outside over 30 minutes bc when I placed the order there was a lengthy wait and that it was by now almost 10 minutes past the carside guarantee time. I told him I didn't want the pizza that he purposely allowed to sit for that long and asked for him to make another one fresh. I told him how my order was ready before his driver (Akinola) left for delivery but still not brought outside but he could care less. He told me NO to the remake and in turn I requested he cancel the order and issue my points back to my account. He did cancel it, but didn't tell me until afterwards that it would take 3-5 days for them to reappear in my account. He did all of this after I made him aware that the pizza was for my kids. While at the counter with me another customer's pizza fell from the oven to the floor as well due to his negligence and lack of professionalism. I understand being overworked and under paid but as a business owner I also know to Never treat your customers this way. He and Akinola literally laughed at my misfortune as I left your store with 2 hungry kids (7yrs & 10yrs) and only $10 to my name until Friday. They didn't prioritize my order bc it was a free pizza (60 points); however, like I told him, it took several orders for me to get the reward which in all was over $60 spent. Therefore, my pizza should've been treated like it cost me over $60 and not technically free like they would love for us to believe. Thanks for Nothing Domino's! Great Job!

I recently ordered Domino's pizza, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The crust had the perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, while the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It took me about 20 mins to wait to pick it up. Overall, a satisfying choice for a quick and tasty meal.

I had to pick up my order due to some miscommunication, although I had paid for the order to be delivered. However, this was a busy time for the workers. It was during the Super Bowl. So, I excuse this.Dietary restrictions: They had pizzas that my daughter could eat since she has allergy limitations.

Waited over two hours for a delivery then the food arrived cold.delivery driver was named George left my food on the dirty floor and couldn’t knock or tell me it arrived. The people who work there don’t know what’s going on and has poor customer service.

They put me in hold for a 15 minutes and hang up on me then I call back and put me on hold again I better go to the store I wait for 15 minutes to make my order and just told me to wait another hour very bad service and lazy people horrible.

They STOPPED turning on the tracker for FREE pizzas because they are always slow!!! And they don’t want us to have the FREE pizza! WTW?!?!

Risk of orders getting switched to something else at this location.Summary: Recall this happening twice. First time was a little over a year and noticed after having gotten home. Second time found when checking order in car & walked back in.Online order was placed for a Pacific Veggie for pickup. No toppings excluded from the order; additional vegetables were added.The printed receipt read "New Veggie" instead of the "Pacific Veggie" in the email. Checked the pizza to find roughly only 1 to 2 vegetable toppings present; the specialty's are supposed to have more than that. Took the order back to the shop, showed Manager on Deck the receipt, order, and online receipt; they understood the discrepancy and had the order remade to the correct recipe. Had to wait a bit, however the final order and service provided at the location was excellent. The MOD offered additional items for the trouble; respectfully declined since correcting the order was all that's needed.Since this seemed like a surprise to the MOD, I'm guessing there's something wonky between their OLO and the store POS.Tip: Check your order & receipt while in the lot. Bring any issues up to the MOD.Wheelchair accessibility: Store at grade. No ramp req'd.

Pizza was piping hot on pick up but the customer service needs to be better. If you don't hear me, a WHAT! is unnecessary. And if you're on your phone wash your hands before picking up the utensils to take my pizza

They are extremely unprofessional. If you don’t want to work go home! Their customer service is beyond rude! Food always cold. If I were you I would definitely go to a different location. This location makes Dominos as a company look bad as a whole this place shouldn’t even be running! Horrible Horrible experience every time I come to this location!
