I contracted Done Right foundation repair to fix my settling foundation , my home was 4” out of level with severe plumbing issues. Done Right walked me through the entire process from start to finish , they never pressured me to sign their contract like other company’s did. Id recommend this great family owned company to all my friends and family in need of repairs and a professional company to perform the repairs. Chris and his sons Mason and Reagan are very good men.You can definitely count Chris and his sons to get your job done right !

Relying on Done Right to get you what you need, is like buying a 2022 Chevy. It’s great & awesome. Outstanding work by contractor mason. Very self aware of how things need and should get done. Constant reassurance that our foundation would be more stable than before. Overall I would definitely recommend Done Right foundation to anyone who needs to fix their foundation. Excellent job!

I hired Chris and his sons to repair my foundation and replace the cast iron drains under my home and was so pleased with their professional company. Mason and Reagan kept me informed every day on the progress of the project. I spoke with (03) other companies and all said something different. What can I say? WOW this company is the best contractor I have come accross in a long time. They were honest, open, and trustworthy. I did read the previous review but can say I was definantly DONE RIGHT! I had estimates from four other local companies that claim to have been around for a long time to only find out three were start ups owned by the same person. Chris and his two sons Reagan and Mason where always on time and I cant say enough about there crew. The crew leader, Omar, alaways gave me a report at the end of the day and my job was even completed sooner than estimated and that even included a full under slab plumbing reroute! If you want things DONE RIGHT then I would highly recommend Chris and his family!L. Talavera

Done WRONG by Done Right - Oh my goodness - I contacted this company to get an estimate for foundation work. The salesman, Joe Cadillac, arrived about 45 minutes late (apparently he misread the street name on his paperwork), but no big deal. Joe was nice and polite, and spent about an hour completing his measurements. I told Joe that I had received bids from numerous other companies and I was frustrated since every foundation company that gave me a bid had a completely different solution, ranging from 10 piers to 58 piers, from $4,000 to $35,000! I also told him that I am ready to get the work done but due to the huge discrepancy in the proposals that I plan to hire a structural engineer before deciding on which foundation company to hire. The salesman had indicated to me that my home would probably need interior piers in addition to the exterior piers - not a shock since 3 other companies recommended that too, although all were different regarding the # and location of piers. It is my understanding that interior piers are installed under the foundation, to support the load-bearing walls. Two options are available - the workers can break thru the foundation from the inside, or they can tunnel under the house from the outside. The issue is that Joe did not include any of the interior walls on his diagram. I asked him how his boss would be able to determine the number and placement of interior piers without the location and measurement of the interior walls of the house. He said that information was not necessary. This doesn't make sense to me.
Anyway, before he left, per Joe's request, I showed him the quotes I had received from 4 other companies. Joe asked if he could take photos of their diagrams and quotes but I said no, explaining that I would like to see what his company determined. He left and said I should receive the proposal from his boss in a few days.
About 10 minutes after Joe left my home, I received a phone call from Chris, the owner of Done Right. Much to my surprise, Chris proceeded to chew me out ~ because I had been honest with the salesman and told him I received quotes from 5 or 6 other companies. He said that it was crazy for any homeowner to get more than 3 estimates. He was angry that I had contacted his company and wasted his salesperson's time. He told me that if he knew I was speaking to several other companies that he never would have sent his guy out. I could not believe how extremely rude Chris was to me. He informed me that he would NOT be wasting anymore time on my job and would NOT send me a proposal. Unbelievable!!!
I cannot imagine being such a jerk to a prospective customer. Obviously I won't be doing any business with Done Right.
BUYER BEWARE - check out other websites for reviews. They are not a member of the BBB and they have a lot of complaints on the BBB website.
