Disclaimer, I am a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton hotels. Doubletree, Embassy Suites, and Hilton are my go to’s. I stay at this hotel five to ten one night stays for early AM flights.
Minuses - non really other than a small bathroom with a shower - tub behind the door. Those crappy big pillows that squish down to half the size and no bounce whatsoever but it seems they’re all doing the same.
Pluses. Location if you have one of those 6 AM 7 AM flights. It’s very quiet and no road noise can be heard from the rooms. Above average gym although the equipment could use a little updating. Breakfast food is very good quality so I would assume lunch and dinner would be the same. Plenty of elevators and ice machines. Price is valued priced IMHO. My overall rating is a 4.5.

Close to the airport and reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. The facility itself is nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower had everything I needed, including reliably hot water and great water pressure. The lobby bar was a highlight—lively, active, and a nice place to unwind.
The staff was fairly friendly, though not the most welcoming. My biggest frustration was the shuttle service, which was difficult both on arrival and departure. Overall, a solid stay with good amenities, but the shuttle experience could definitely be improved.

Location is very convenient. It's pretty clean and has a decent restaurant on site. Parking is a bit of hassle, especially if you check in late at night.

This place is great! Rooms are spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub are really nice. Restaurant serves bar menu style food at a fair price (for a hotel restaurant) and our server was really nice. Beds are comfortable and service is outstanding. A big shout out to Andrew for being so accommodating and kind. He went above and beyond!!
They also have a free shuttle every 30mins to the airport.
I highly recommend!

Everything was good. Just to pricey. They charge for everything. We were miss inform about this hotel. Never again.

My husband and I live over an hour away from the airport so whenever we have an early flight from IAH, we will stay at the DoubleTree so we don't have to deal with rush-hour traffic, etc. When we got to the room, the AC was extremely loud so we went back downstairs to the front desk and they moved us to a different room right away. We decided to go to the restaurant on property and my experience with hotel restaurants has not been good, so honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but I was so wrong. I ordered the quesadillas and my husband got the cheeseburger and it was FANTASTIC!! The gym is a little small, but has everything you need to get a good workout in. My only complaints are that (1) they don't offer cookies without nuts. Yes, the package the cookies come in clearly states that it has nuts (walnuts I think), but I don't like nuts in my cookies. It would be nice if they offered cookies with no nuts in them. And (2) the cost of parking. I was parked in their parking lot from 9pm on Sunday night till 8am on Monday morning and it was over $35. Next time, I'm going to park at the airport and take a shuttle to the hotel.

Stayed overnight prior to a flight. Perfectly located, a shuttle every thirty minutes, comfortable beds. One star deducted for the A/C- we had a very warm night! We set it to cool, and the fan to on, but only heat came out. We slept in ~75° (per the thermostat)- reducing the temp never helped. That made the night quite uncomfortable

The one negative I will get out of the way now, which is the rooms themselves are a little antiquated. From decor to just how the lack of lighting at times especially in the bathroom.
That said, I will open up all of that because the rest of the experience from the hotel staff to the cleanliness of the whole place was amazing. Restaurant was adequate with reasonable priced food. Nothing mind-blowing.

See Jose at the front desk if you need anything! He provided a warm cookie upon my arrival. Clean and modern facility. Parking can be a bit confusing (you will use your key card) and it's a busy location, but a great place to stay near the airport! The restaurant downstairs was beautiful and the lobby was inviting.

Great location for IAH Bush Airport. Shuttle service is a plus. Walkable to food, and good resturant within premises.

Great hotel for IAH airport, stayed here many teams over past 2 years. Staff always very friendly and welcoming. Great airport bus shuttle service.
