After not having a great first time experience I am thankful that somebody reached back out, For a second chance.Manager, Anthony made sure that my car was fully clean and detailed . They did an awesome job. My car feels brand new and I will now recommend this place. God bless the team.

The crew here is always so friendly and takes such great care of my car. Kenneth greeted me when I arrived, had all of the options memorized to easily share, and took my order with such joy. Then, Stephanie was a delight to chat with as I checked out. And, of course, my SUV was spotless when I left. My family comes here regularly and always has a great experience!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for many years. The service is definitely not the same I always pay no more then $48.00 Service guy kept trying to upsell me for $89.00 for a deep cleaning I told him I never pay that much and I don’t need a deep cleaning.Oh well hand car wash it is on main st.

Will not be coming back here. The prices are a bit misleading to me and it ended up being way too pricey compared to others. Came here for an exterior and interior cleaning. I was under the impression that the Supreme Full Service for $30 would be exactly that...a full service. I was told by the person outside that to clean the interior I would need to pay an additional $60.Ended up paying that plus tip that came up to $100. I've gotten the same service for $70 in the heart of midtown.

I don’t think i want to come here again. The process is rushed when busy and not busy. After that my car now has a whole bunch of water spots. I thought i could trust this place by the reviews but certainty can’t. The water spots are everywhere in my hood, sides, roof and back. I’m sorry i can’t come to this place again. Not worth the price. These are just some of the pictures.

I love getting my car cleaned at Dr. Gleem.The staff are the best in the business and their kindness shows in their excellent workmanship. The staff at the front desk are kind and warm. They always remember me and always have a kind word.. Ricky and Antonio Riveria are knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I have a question they have the answer. I HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Gleem for your auto needs. They even do inspections, oil changes and have a mechanic.

Jut signed up for 6 car washes for $110 offer which they have which honestly works out much better than the 'pay as you go' service. Recommend signing up if you come here often. They do a really good job.

Went in for an inspection on a diesel vehicle and was charged for a regular gasoline vehicle (which costs more). They made that right only after being rudely told I couldn’t stand in the area where you pay them for the services they provide. It was then discovered when I went to go renew the registration on the state website that they entered the license plate incorrectly. We’ve been to this location before several months ago to get our cars washed and it was a horrible experience and the cars were still dirty. For the amount that we paid it should have been a lot cleaner. We hesitated to stop in and have the emissions check performed due to prior experience but decided to give it a try. Never again will we go to this location for anything.The gentleman in the oil change area was rude, and the mistakes while the overcharge while made right the fact that the license plate was wrong is just nuts and could cause future problems. We will not be back which is sad because this place is in our neighborhood.

Best car wash. There's one lady who's been there for at leaat 14 years that I know. That in and of itself speaks volumes about the service provided. Best Houston car wash.
